Terrible customer service I ordered for delivery they forget like $15 worth of items (not the first time) then I call to get a refund they tell me to use the app. The app asks for receipt info the receipt I recieve is half printed they tell me I need to speak with the general manager the next day if I want my food. I said I don’t care about the food at this point I want a refund, bossman on the phone was extremely unprofessional because I was irritated called 17 times before someone answered just to tell me no refund and hang up then. Never ordering from Del Taco again spend a bunch of money for food that is rarely cooked correctly then when they can’t simply do the minimum of giving the customer what they paid for it becomes more of an issue than navigating the app

I’ve only had 1 good meal from this place since being in BHC for 7 years. Every time I order something they find a way to mess it up. If it’s not running out of buns for the burgers, it’s not cooking the food correctly. It’s just better for me to just skip them all together from now on.

It is friday June 23rd. 7:30pm. That way, you can speak directly to the employee who handled my issue.
The employee with piercing’s all in his face, and his dirty hair, claiming to be the manager. “They” are unable to handle customer complaints.

This is not the first, second, or third time that I’ve had an issue with this location…
“They” were unwilling to give me their manager’s name in order for me to put in a formal complaint against the service i experienced in the store.

The appearance of the food in the photos is unfortunately not the first time i received such a poorly made order.

I first let the employee who took my order at the drive through know that I have had an issue recently with their lettuce being wilted. They assured me before ordering that they have new lettuce out.

After getting all the way home, I find my tacos absolutely unforgivably made.

I would like a manager’s response as soon as possible.

What the kid needs to understand is that I am the paying customer. If I have an issue with my order, it is on them. Rather, “they” just got there, or they personally made the order them selves, it is their mistake, not the upset paying customer.

They should be absolutely apologetic and have absolutely no issue dealing with me if they are the manager or supervisor.
But this is not the case today.
“I’m sorry” goes a long way in the food service industry.

I also called for about 10 minutes straight all the way back to the location, and nobody answered.

It seems silly to me to give 5 stars to a Del Taco, but the food is as expected and the atmosphere as well. The difference is the service. I went to two other “fast food” places before I came here and there was no one at the counter so after a minute or two and a “be right there” shouted from the back, I left. These two (Carl’s Jr and KFC) had disappointed me before. At Del Taco, there was someone there to quickly take my order with a smile.

Customer service was very disappointing. I understand the headset can make communication difficult, but once we pulled up to the window, the employee’s attitude said it all. It was a midnight drive-thru, yet the service felt rushed and unprofessional. Our order wasn’t repeated back to us, the food was cold, and the fries were old and stale. Definitely not the experience we expected.

Do not go to this Del Taco location for a hamburger. I gave them a second chance on Feb 2, 2026 as the previos visit was VERY DISAPPOINTING! It was the WORST hamburger ever. They used to be so good. Goodbye Del Taco.

Prob the worst fast food service I’ve had while visiting the area. And most definitely the worst Del Taco service I’ve ever had. Put in an online order. Pulled up to the window and I wasn’t greeted in a friendly manner, but I can overlook that (though they weren’t busy. No cars in parking lot and one car in front of me and one behind that’s it). I open up my bag to count the times bc I’m visiting. Nothing worse than getting back to the hotel and the food items are incorrect. I immediately go through the bag and Del Taco rep at the window gives the biggest audible sigh and says, “Ma’am, can you move up and check your bag elsewhere?”

Are you kidding me? I did so, but wow. Super rude and unprofessional. Food was okay – just got some soft chicken tacos , but the chicken was more on the “end” pieces – not chunked up with white meat chunks. Literally didn’t taste any “special secret sauce” that’s supposed to be on it either.

Unsatisfying experience.

INQUIRY: I’ve been here several times and it never occurred to me to see if it takes part in TACO TUESDAYS, man I miss those days binging 12 tacos back when I lived in Cali yrs ago.
