The employee with piercing’s all in his face, and his dirty hair, claiming to be the manager. “They” are unable to handle customer complaints.
This is not the first, second, or third time that I’ve had an issue with this location…
“They” were unwilling to give me their manager’s name in order for me to put in a formal complaint against the service i experienced in the store.
The appearance of the food in the photos is unfortunately not the first time i received such a poorly made order.
I first let the employee who took my order at the drive through know that I have had an issue recently with their lettuce being wilted. They assured me before ordering that they have new lettuce out.
After getting all the way home, I find my tacos absolutely unforgivably made.
I would like a manager’s response as soon as possible.
What the kid needs to understand is that I am the paying customer. If I have an issue with my order, it is on them. Rather, “they” just got there, or they personally made the order them selves, it is their mistake, not the upset paying customer.
They should be absolutely apologetic and have absolutely no issue dealing with me if they are the manager or supervisor.
But this is not the case today.
“I’m sorry” goes a long way in the food service industry.
I also called for about 10 minutes straight all the way back to the location, and nobody answered.
Are you kidding me? I did so, but wow. Super rude and unprofessional. Food was okay – just got some soft chicken tacos , but the chicken was more on the “end” pieces – not chunked up with white meat chunks. Literally didn’t taste any “special secret sauce” that’s supposed to be on it either.
Unsatisfying experience.
