Terrible. Looks like there was a food fight or nobody bothers to clean up. Absolutely disgusting. Not a single clean table in the place. If it wasn’t a mobile order I would have just left but it was already paid for. Do better or shut it down.

Very nice McDonald’s, me and my kids liked it a lot especially the play area that they didn’t want to leave. The play area is really big and the room it’s in is very spacious. The tables & chairs were clean in the whole restaurant with really cool colors and the restrooms were in good condition as well. For sure we’ll be back! And good service too!

Been coming here almost daily for a while…. They often mess up my order and have rude employees, but usually I just move on. Today, I was in the drive thru and had an issue with my card being declined…. The worker was rude, disrespectful, told me they wouldn’t run my card again because they get charged for it each time they do….. at that point I became a bit irritated, as a customer should NEVER be spoken to about such things. The manager finally came over and she proceeded to lean out her drive thru window yelling at me when I drove off. I mean, I don’t expect good food when I eat there, but I damn sure expect good customer service. Can’t believe these are the type of people they have on their leadership team and management staff! I’ve been a customer service professional for over twenty years, and I’ve never been so egregiously offended.
I’ll accept nasty food, but nasty customer service is just poor business. Do better, McDondalds, please- for the sake of your consumers.

Don “Big Sexy” Sexy
Nathan, the Night shift manager, brought me my food at the first window. Did not give me a receipt until I asked, and waited for my food for a whopping seven minutes.
I’ve worked in kitchens, and the old “its close to closing” trope happens, but the anarchist level of resentment I received has invoked me to never eat at any McDonald’s again, and to forever discredit anything they serve and employ.
The fact I waited at the first window, and Nathan handed me my food and MADE ME WAIT at the FIRST window and not the serve window makes me resent this even more to the level of management that this corporation approves.
An employee was “wooping”, the fries were extremely salted (to the point that there was only salt taste, no fry) BEYOND “golden standard” of their protocols and even to the point I could just taste the malice.
I’ve eaten here for years. Grew up in the PlayPlace. And for the immaturity of the workers [there was a 40 year old on shift, know how I know? She came to window and didnt give me my receipt too]
This is Franchise owned, and should not reflect the Corporation itself.
Take your money elsewhere.

Absolutely awful. They were cleaning the frappe machine during peak lunch hours. The kiosk wouldn’t take cards. Got 2 regular hamburgers and one had 3 onions, the other had 5. And aren’t regular hamburgers/cheeseburgers supposed to have ketchup, mustard, onions and pickles? No mustard. And the employee’s are rude amd nasty. ALWAYS awful at this location. Y’all need to fire everyone or send em all back to train again.

Forgot to order picante sauce so I asked the older lady at the window for some. She comes back and says “you can order this ahead of time if you think about it” then hands me one sauce for multiple items after she just went over the order with me.
I get that It’s annoying I forgot but dang I feel passively insulted. Would gladly have paid for it that was the issue.
