Food: We tried their lunch special because I wanted to get a good amount of food for the price. We were right. The portions were good. The hard shell was yummy! My husband loved his queso tacos. The rice & beans were good. The elotes come in a good size for $6.
Service: we got there early but they kept an eye on our food to ensure to hand it to us once done. They were nice.
Ambiance: they have indoor and outdoor seating. They have nice decor inside. Last time I ate there, they don’t offer free tap water. Not sure if it has changed and main reason why we did an order to go.
They do have an app now that does rewards so I might be going back more often for lunch.
If they could make better dinner combos with rice & beans, I would go.
Also, complimentary chips and salsa like other places would make it awesome for me to sit there and eat but that’s my opinion.

For the record this place has been on my list for a very long time and I’m so glad that I finally stopped in. Came in for lunch and the staff was amazing and Explained the menu and everything. Had the Quesabirria tacos which were so huge and so great. Everything was great and the price was awesome too will definitely come back.

Jean deserves all the recognition for his amazing attitude and outstanding service. From the moment my husband and I walked up to order, Jean immediately helped us and was incredibly knowledgeable about the entire menu. He took the time to explain several items to us, which made ordering easy and exciting.
We ordered the birria fries, esquites, loco White Claw, birria burrito, and birria ramen combo, and every single item was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich, bold, and perfectly balanced. The birria was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor, and each dish tasted like it was made with so much care. Everything was so, so good that we were already talking about what we want to try on our next visit before we even finished eating. This place is truly a gem.
While ordering, we noticed how busy it was with so many to-go orders, and we honestly expected the food to take a while, especially since we ordered quite a lot for just the two of us. To our surprise, the kitchen got our food out incredibly fast, much faster than we imagined.
On top of that, we couldn’t help but notice that Jean was everywhere, taking orders up front, cleaning tables, and helping with to-go orders. Employees like him should never go unnoticed. His attitude was the best in the entire place, he truly went above and beyond, and the food exceeded our expectations in every way.
I live in Volusia County and don’t get to Orlando often, but I will absolutely make the drive back. We can’t wait to come back and try more items on the menu. Amazing service, incredible food, and an overall outstanding experie

My son couldn’t wait to check out your spot for his birthday for the best Birria in Orlando! 11 of us visited the Fairbanks location yesterday. The food was so good. We tried the Birria tacos, Birria quesadillas, Birria Ramen, chicken quesadillas, loco fruta, margaritas, and more! Service was amazing and fast too. David took excellent care of us and even brought a special surprise for my son because of his birthday. Thank you ❤️ I hope everybody comes to check you guys out because it was awesome. Can’t wait to come back soon.

Delicious food that hit the spot. Still thinking about how good my birria burrito was. They have deals every day of the week, including $10 burritos on Fridays which I was happy to see. Very colorful and nicely decorated interior as well. Glad we tried this place.

I love this place. It is one of my top 5 most often recommended spots in Orlando. The birria tacos cannot be beat. The kids meals make my boys so so happy. They have amazing weekly deals if you order through their app and their aguas Fresca are concentrated and GIGANTIC. Please go there. You won’t be disappointed.

I love this place ! I go there almost everyday. I always get the 3 steak street tacos with everything and a watermelon juice, so good. Plus their hot chips and salsa is amazing.
