This Burger King location has been consistently disappointing. Orders are frequently incorrect, the food is often cold, and the wait times are excessive just to order and receive meals. The ingredients regularly appear old and not fresh, which affects both taste and quality. The meat in particular has had an unpleasant flavor on multiple visits. Additionally, the customer service has been unfriendly and unprofessional, making the overall experience even worse. This location clearly needs significant improvement in management and food quality.

I walked over to this location as I was waiting for some work on my vehicle to be completed, and it’s been probably about 10-11 years since the last time I had Burger King, so I kept my expectations low.
Upon entry, the facility itself is clean and renovated, and there’s plenty of seating for as small of a restaurant as it is. The staff was alright. The first person who helped me was either new or didn’t have much experience, which is fine. Their lead ended up following up on my order, and we got everything settled.
The food, though… I ended up getting a Melt sandwich and chicken fries there, and it is so small. Crazy small. Shrinkflation is really doing a number on these restaurants. And it was okay. The quality mark is about 2.5-3/5, about what you would expect for fast food. Nothing to write home about, but it’ll feed you if you’re hungry.

I hate it that they close very early. I think it was around 8 or 9pm also i dont like it that the drive thru server speaks soo fast and rush you. This is an old review so
Ok today is 8-24-22 4pm I tried to do another review it won’t let me so here I am adding on to this one. I went to Burger King on University in Riverside around 4pm and she took a very long time to take my order then I get to the window she got my drink wrong and said no ice she was mad… I said sorry I said no ice. Then that took forever to get my soda then I’m waiting for over long 10 minutes for my spicy chicken sandwich that had no pickles on it and my french fries were not fresh they were old. She had the rudest attitude and her face showed she did not want to work. Get out of there please and go home!

10.22.23 came to the drive thru at 8pm no one answered to get our order went around saw a guy with no headset on and a girl sitting in the dining area. Came back thinking they saw me and are going to take my order, wrong they still didn’t bother another car was there knocking on the window and they didn’t bother to tell us they weren’t servicing anyone. Ended up seeing 3 employees 2 guys 1 girl sitting in the dining area. Were they all taking their break at the same time? And another car pulled up and I’m sure they didn’t get serviced either. If they don’t want to work then quit your job.

This is the worst Burger King franchise ever. Employees are rude. Under staffed. We first went in the drive thru but there we waited 10 minutes with no movement then left to order inside. Took 30 minutes from order to pick up.

Messed up my order for my daughter’s kids meal. Her chicken nuggets were cold. They forgot the sauce. I asked for applesauce instead of fries but she got cold fries. They didn’t have any toys and they forgot to give me her juice.
The customer support was no help either. Could not reimburse me the money I spent of the horrible kids meal and could only offer a $3 coupon discount. Her meal does not cost $3.
They have employees who can’t check that the order is complete and can’t give you a heads up if they are sold out of something.

Headed to Burger King as I had a coupon for a Whopper meal for $5. Hit up the drive thru which wasn’t busy as I came at the tail end of lunch rush. So pictured is what ya get for the coupon which rang up to $5.44, Whopper, small fries, and a small drink. Fries were kinda cold and not salted at all and the Whopper was a little cool in the middle which I assume is the topping coming out of the cooler causing that. Overall it was a filling inexpensive meal, just wished it was a little warmer.

Went through the drive through to pick up my online order. Friendly staff, terrible food, made wrong. I ordered a fish sandwich with no lettuce and no pickles. I’m allergic to pickles. Got home 3 minutes after picking up order. Couldn’t eat fish due to pickle juice on sandwich. Whopper was cold…not even lukewarm, just cold. Fries were cold. Onion rings were great, though! Very disappointed!!
