Very disappointed in the quality of our order. Spent nearly 40 bucks on COLD chicken sandwiches. Our 3 sandwiches were all bagged together carelessly. I will never order online again because they figure if you’re not there, they can just throw all the ingredients on a slab of bread and call it a sub. This place has lost my business and my tips! Take good care of a customer and they will tell 2 people. Screw a customer and they will tell 10!

This place is a hit or miss. It has been a miss a lot more a lot lately. One person only eats roast beef. If they have it most of the time they are “out”. If they do have it in they will not let me use a coupon for it. I did read the fine print and it said nothing about roast beef not included. The kids that work there are very nice and polite. They apologize profusely. I tell them it’s okay because I know they are doing what they are told. Cookies are good.

The place was clean. The workers were friendly and seemed to enjoy their Jobs. Both said they were students. Food looked fresh. Prepared fast. They have restrooms inside. Big window to look out if you should eat in.

Ordered on line 1 hr before pick up. Could never get my payment from debit card to go through. So I personally called and asked if my husband could just pay when he got there. Oh yeah the girl said Well of course. So my husband calls me 1 HOUR later. They had no order for us!!! No one fessed up to talking with me around 3pm. As I told them he would be able to pickup around 4-415pm. I will NEVER go to this place again.! There’s no work ethic in these young people these days… SAD!

No star is deserved at this location. Terrible service. Got the entire order wrong. No manager on duty. Rude. Unprofessional. Ordered through DoorDash App. Take my advice. Order elsewhere. Stay clear of restaurants in Bartonville. Especially fast food places like this one.

I don’t know how they do it but, this location in Bartonville has the absolute best subs of any subway in the Peoria/Tazewell area. Zero complaints. Everything always fresh. Bread tastes as if it just came out of the oven. A+
