I’m stuck here in the hospital. We ordered buffalo chicken pizza a few nights ago. Probably one of the best I have ever had. That Gorgonzola sprinkled in was perfect. Delivery was prompt. Decided to order a Stromboli the next night for the Superbowl and it was WAY undercooked. At least a 1/4 inch of uncooked dough on the bottom side and the cheese was barely melted. Not sure if consistency is a common issue here, but it is the difference between my 3 star rating being a 5 star. I was super disappointed after being super impressed. Might go best out of 3 and order again before I get discharged just to give them a fair shake.
Edit: We had the crab pizza last night. It was decent. I think I would do a garlic butter sauce instead of pizza sauce. That’s more of a personal preference though. Ordered crispy chicken subs today. The chicken was overcooked a bit. Had to ditch a few pieces because they were so hard. Sticking to my 3 star rating. Too inconsistent. Not sure who cooked our buffalo chicken pizza the night before the Superbowl, but they deserve a raise. It was absolutely perfect.

Not sure what’s going on, I have ordered from here before with no issues. The only difference is I called the order in instead of placing the order on doordash. First, I ordered 12 wings, and received 10. I ordered a chicken cheese steak meal, and received a beef cheese steak meal. Ordered the chicken because my sister is allergic to beef.
Definitely some misunderstanding over the phone because I ordered chicken, however they are claiming I didn’t the food is ok, I think if you order you must do it in person or through doordash only. They are using a call center for the order which is weird as well. For $44 for carryout I’m expecting better!

The past 4 times I’ve ordered the 12 wings special, it only comes with 10. That adds up. And especially since I added an extra note to please include at least the 12 I ordered this time and I received 10 again. I like the food and the prices, I would just like more attention to detail

DIRTY! We went 30 minutes after opening and immediately noticed how dirty this place was. To be on the safe side we ordered the popcorn chicken so it would be fried. As you looked around it was filthy and you can tell they take no pride in cleanliness. The food was just ok. Pop corn chicken was very small with almost no meat in them. Fries were good though. The atmosphere was just odd. Dining room was being used as storage and they had cartoons on with no kids in the restaurant. Won’t be going back for sure.

Yesterday me and my friend comes at Hopkins Spot. The service was fantastic! Nikki was an absolute rock star—super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She really elevated our experience.
The food was decent and hit the spot for a casual meal. The pizza was okay, but the wings were a highlight. Overall, we had a good time, thanks in large part to Nikki. We’ll be back!

Right in the heart of town just a minute from John Hopkins is an upbeat Suite with an unforgettable aroma I had to try. The Hopkins Spot is a must if your venturing around the Baltimore City area, 2 blocks from one of the best medical facilities in existence, John Hopkins. The food is phenomenal with large portions and a BIG menu guaranteed to please individual and family alike. Bought 2 different cheese steaks both which were delicious. I’m glad I decided to check out the neighborhood and see.
UPDATE AS OF 02/14/2023 Hopkins Spot is still by far a fan favorite. Spinach and Feta Calzone today. Got some updated photos too.

Pizza was great, customer is excellent. They are so nice and the pizza is tasty and affordable.
Ambience leaves a little to be desired, but it’s handy to have a few booths available to sit down for a bite rather than being strictly takeout.

The service at Hopkins Spot was excellent—Nikki took great care of us and was very attentive throughout our visit. The restaurant was also impressively clean and well-organized. However, I thought the food could be improved, as some dishes were a bit bland and didn’t quite match our expectations. Overall, the experience was brightened by Nikki’s hospitality and the cleanliness of the place!

The pizza crust was obviously not fresh, nor hand tossed. The crust was rubbery and the toppings, which were just veggies, were wilted under a thin layer of cheese, hardened to the crust. Cheese should be gooey and trail from the pie as you pull it away. The wait time pretty long, so don’t expect “fast-food.” (cue snare-drum)
I will say though, the counter staff was friendly, funny, and very inviting. Too bad the pizza wasn’t as inviting…
