Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn’t help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we’re still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

Food was old. Onion rings dark and oily from sitting in oil all day. Burger was old and cold. I called customer care and requested to speak with a manager and was told there wasn’t one and placed on hold. This is not the kind of food that you sell anyone. Paid my money and got trash. This place use to be busy at dinner time now it’s dead. No rush not busy so why not fresh food at 6pm.

I used a reward in the app and the girl took my phone inside the restaurant to scan. She still charged me full amount and when I asked why she didn’t use the reward, she simply said,”you didn’t tell me you were using your reward.” So you took my phone to scan, yet you didn’t see I was redeeming a reward? Also, I didn’t get the holiday cup I requested.

Ordered a double with cheese,mustard,ketchup extra pickles and onions with a large fry. Received it with extra ketchup,no mustard and soggy bread and then to top it off my large fries were cold and were barely filled half way. To the point I didn’t even take a single bite. Literally still have the whole meal in the trash smh very disappointed.

I ordered these from the DoorDash app. When I went to pick up my order, I asked about my order. A black woman went to check on my order, but she came back and didn’t tell me anything. I waited there for 45 minutes, but they still didn’t tell me anything about the order. Then I canceled my order and came back. Does it take 45 minutes to make two burgers ,fries and 9 wings. I have never seen such poor service in my life. I could have waited there if they were very busy. There were only two or three customers inside. That it is right to do so. I never come back again. I have never given anyone a bad review before. This is my first review because it was so bad because my 4 year old daughter with me .she is crying

I’m honestly disappointed with my recent experience at the Whataburger location in Arlington. I placed a simple order and asked for mayo with no WhataSauce, but instead they added WhataSauce and even keyed in EXTRA WhataSauce. Because of that, I had to drive back to the restaurant and show an employee the mistake. Instead of apologizing or fixing it politely, they acted as if I had done something wrong—even though the order was clearly messed up on their end.
When they agreed to remake the sandwich, I ended up waiting nearly 15 minutes just for it to be redone. Unfortunately, after eating the corrected order, I ended up sick the next day, which made the whole situation even more frustrating.
Overall, this visit was far from the level of service I expect from Whataburger. Between the incorrect order, the attitude from staff, the long wait, and feeling sick afterward, this was a very disappointing experience.
This location needs to take accuracy and customer service seriously. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Whataburger.

Nothing fancy, nothing pretentious. Just a good, clean place for a tasty burger, delicious onion rings, a soft drink and a shake for about 15 bucks. Served fast by friendly, welcoming staff. If you want a relatively simple menu with typical burger joint options, this is the place. Try the spicy ketchup! First visit, probably won’t be my last.
