The staff needs to be retrained on how to make cream cold brews. I’ve ordered dozens from this store and they all come with the thinnest layer of cream. It’s supposed to be an inch on the grande at least. I tried to fix this by ordering extra, but once in a while I get an obnoxious 3 inches of cream and less coffee than I wanted. I’ve stopped enjoying my favorite drink because of this. Please change it.

today 4/27/2025 at about 1pm maybe earlier my son age 12 walks into this Starbucks is in line once its his turn he asked for a venti iced water cashier says its 50cents for water my son told him ok and runs out to the car to tell his dad its 50cents for water walks back inside and now asked for 2 venti iced waters now cashier tells him you have to buy something to get water my son says I’m buying the water. my son now goes back to the car and tells his dad what happened and his dad now comes in with him both are now in line to order the 2 venti iced waters. once it was their turn dad says can I get 2 venti waters cashiers says its 50cents for water dad says its fine but was already a bit upset then cashier says you have to buy something dad a bit confused said yes I’m buying the water right. while that discussion was still going my son now asked for the bathroom code cashier now says you have to buy something to use the bathroom my son tells the cashier my dad is buying water the cashier gives him a code to the bathroom but was incorrect my son came back and asked the cashier did you give me the right code and gave it to him again dad was now really upset telling the cashier why can’t the child use the bathroom cashier gave the code to my son 4 times never changed the answer to the code cashier then said bathrooms are for customers only dad said I came in earlier to buy coffee, and now I’m back again to buy 2 venti waters and your giving my son a code to the bathroom that’s incorrect. my son who is 12 felt so bad and angry but held his anger in and just walked out dad was so angry as well but did not want to make a big seen at this place but this is very sad and unacceptable for people who work for customer service to treat children this way I understand that who have a right to refuse bathroom or service to anyone but to an innocent child who asked for a water and for a bathroom use and to play like that with him I would understand if it was an adult and maybe depending on the situation but a child… honestly for this Starbucks employees these 2 employees that played around with a 12 year old that way I would have actually complain for you 2 employees to be suspended. it was an asian cashier and a blond lady my son described these 2 that way. I teach my kids to be kind. and also tech them to defend themselves from ppl like this and if he just walked out without telling you nothing that for me shows more because he was upset and very disrespected. I hope the store manager sees this and others around this Starbucks Benicia CA area …
I am the mother of this 12yr old . he was in this area because he was working with his dad and had just had a quick pickup material at the ACE Hardware next to it. they decided to make a quick Starbucks water stop. before heading back to their job site.

They Made me sit outside without any chairs, the place has restroom repairs, they ask you to stand outside and I needed internet and the wifi does not work outside. The staff are very irresponsible too

A 90° day today asked for water after my purchase they told me they would not get me water. I can’t believe how petty and horrible this place is I will never go to Starbucks ever again. Others should do the same and get rid of the Starbucks out of our community

Was my favorite Starbucks compare to other locations. But today my drink tasted like water down coffee I ask for decaf and the made my drink with regular coffee. Light ice and they added extra ice. Order an oatmeal with vanilla sweet cream and also on top paid extra for both. Waste of 15 dollars I ended up in the trash.

Small, but fairly quiet & cozy. Great service. One large, bistro-height table for laptops, with sturdy, metal bar stools. There’s also a large dining-height table, and a few smaller tables. No soft chairs. The great thing about that table height is that you can use it as a standing table as well. There’s a little outside space, very open, as well with just a couple of tables with umbrellas. Plenty of parking.
