Went there on a Thursday afternoon. Our cashier was nice, but the manager had an attitude and was walking around with a mean mug on her face. I ordered the double del burger, hoping that it would be as good as I remembered. It wasn’t. The bread tasted old, and the patties were alot thinner than I remember. The fries tasted like the weren’t fully cooked and were just slightly warm. My wife liked her tacos. So that’s what keeps me from only giving one star.

Had a very UNPLEASANT experience in the drive through from the short blonde hair shift lead Ari. Not only did she Rudely slam the window in my face when asking for condiments but also gave a mean mug face after I tried to get her attention to ask for it. I tried resolving the issue by calling the store where I was greeted by the same person RUDELY and when I also found out the shift lead after she refused to put a manager on the phone. I tried my best to keep a calm tone with the young lady but she kept on the attitude where she told me if I wanted sauce that badly I should’ve came inside and gotten it. If these are the type of people del taco has running their establishment then they are about to be in for a very rude awakening when they treat the wrong person that way.

Its sad when you do an online order 10 min before you arrive at the store and still have to wait 12 min for your order. They had drivethru orders that came in while im already waiting for my order that were handed out first. When I said something the blond girl said well we have a timer. Basically making their times are more important than customer service

The food absolutely was horrible and the fries were not even cooked well enough, my wife and I literally bit into cold fries. My grandson couldn’t eat his fries and he said his burrito was cold. This is absolutely the worst meal we’ve ever had and a huge waste of $30. Never again and I will tell everyone I can to avoid eating here.
Update: So I was contacted by Del Taco, they wanted to know more so I told them the whole story and even sent them a copy of the receipt. They cared so much they sent me a $7.50 guest voucher, they didn’t even care enough to replace my whole meal. To the person in charge who sent this insult I will never step foot in another Del Taco and I will tell my story on every Facebook page I can and I’m disabled and have a lot of time to do just that. The guest voucher was an insult and shows just how much you care about your customers being satisfied, thanks for proving my point! Taco Bell is just down the street and they actually care and I’ve never been disappointed there.

I do like the rest of the food here but never order shakes from them, at least not the strawberry one, they’ll most likely let you know that they don’t have it and if you want something else or a refund. They seem to never have that available. I remember before too them saying their shake machine was down too. Everytime we’ve ordered since last year and the year before, they always said that they didn’t have the shake we wanted. We always wanted the strawberry shake and it’s always unavailable. So now we never order that shake at this place. Not sure if they never make the strawberry shake anymore or are lazy to fix the machine. If you don’t have it anymore or lazy to do it, them make it unavailable in the Del Taco app so that way we don’t have to go through the hassle of getting a refund.

Horrible customer service. Employees with horrible attitudes. They never answer the phone due to “understaffing” which has been the excuse for years. The place is so unsanitary, i witnessed an employee wipe around the trash area then wipe the drink area which is disgusting. Employees muttering rude things about customers under their breath, one man even rolled his eyes at me after i kindly told him i was already helped and waiting on my order. They manage to always mess up my food by either including the things i ask not to be left out, or including things that dont even come on the items i order. Its getting ridiculous. Never going back. Id rather spend more money on a business that treats their customers with respect.

Ok. “Disclaimer” I grew up in the home of the first Del Taco in the California desert. So I’ve loved this place for most of my life:) I tend to eat at one wherever I find myself if I find one there.
The Kingman Del is great! The food goes without saying, their fries are outstanding, and I am happy to say that it was quick,clean and the employees and I were laughing at some silly stuff ( story for another day).
All in all the Kingman Del Taco is great! You know this place..get in here and eat!

The cashier didn’t seem to know the menu, never heard of the Fiesta Pack. Then I ordered a grilled chicken burrito and was asked if I wanted chicken or steak…. Huh? I looked at the menu and it was only listed as a grilled chicken burrito and no fine print about steak. I pointed out the obvious and was still corrected despite no evidence to the contrary. Afterwards they thought it would be a good idea to talk about the customer in front of the customer… I refrained from sharing my response because I didn’t want to make any of the guilty parties cry. I would stay away from this one unless you are into dirty restaurants with subpar food and clever employees.
