Elaina, one of the morning cashiers is the most polite person I have ever met. I always say thank you while she takes my order and gives me my receipt and she always says you’re welcome even if she is taking another order. You don’t find this type of person in fast food very often. At this point I know she operates the close drive thru lane and I will now wait in that line longer if I have to just because she is so polite and well mannered and starts my day off the right way.

Ordered carry out 1030 pm on Saturday. Order was ready when I walked inside, everything was correct, and the food was hot/fresh. Beautiful lady behind the counter was very pleasant. Best mcd experience I’ve had in months.

I’ve never set foot in this McDonald’s, but if I did, I’d imagine a drive-thru nightmare straight out of a comedy of errors. Here’s the scene I picture:

I pull up to the left lane and the speaker crackles to life: “Hold on a moment.” Meanwhile, the right lane is crawling with customers getting served instantly. The irony is exquisite: the left-side wait stretches into eternity, while the right side fires off orders with the efficiency of a clockmaker.
A rival car rolls up on the right, gets served immediately, pulls forward, and vanishes into the ether of fast-food bliss. I’m still waiting, a statue of optimistic expectations.
Another car arrives on the right, and yes, you guessed it—the crew greets them with alacrity while I remain in the limbo of “hello” abandoned on the wind.
Deciding I’ve had enough of the drive-thru theatre, I circle to park and venture inside. The moment I step through the door, the scene degenerates into a silent film: no hello, no how-can-I-help-you, just a void where customer service should be.
I wander the dining area and discover a treasure trove of trash—a living museum of discarded napkins, coffee cups, and mystery wrappers. The air carries an aroma that suggests a scent-strategy of “hope this passes for edible.”
In this alternate universe, the ambiance is a symphony of endearing neglect: dim lighting, a soundtrack of distant chatter, and the uncanny feeling that cleanliness is a concept from a distant era.

If this were a story, it would be a masterclass in what not to do: misaligned service lanes, inconsistent attentiveness, and an environment that seduces you into believing trash is part of the décor. A cautionary fantasy for godless drive-thru managers everywhere.

Bruh… This place is a bigger joke now than ever! Tellin me that a worldwide conglomerate that rivals Walmart in size cant afford to give out extra sauce on a 6 peiece chicken mcnuggets. Franchise or not this is a brand that makes millions of millions of dollars and STILL has to raise their prices year after year….. and STILL doesn’t make enough to not have to charge people for extra sauce! Service was trash, waited at kiosk for whole lunch wouldn’t Reccomend eating at ANY McDonald’s at this point.

Food was typical McDonalds, So not good, not bad. Double Q pounder, Extra cheese.

The service and employees? they seemed to be running around with a deer stuck in the headlights look. Any question I said was returned with a vacant stare, or fumbling about. I assume this is the dreaded “Gen Z Stare” people talk about? Either way, didn’t leave a good impression on me. Fast food industry is rough, but theres a time and place for stares.

Atmosphere? Compared to the 119 Walmart McDonalds, this is quite a bit better. Never gonna compare to the old McDonalds, but it at least has some personality.

This is my second time here and honestly the 2nd time was worse than the first. I used the drive through service both times. Food was cold and unappetizing. Ice cream machine always broken, frappe machine out of order, and most likely their ice machine broken too cause my Iced coffee didn’t have a single chip of ice in it. Never coming back to this location and I advice you go elsewhere for food and drinks.

I stopped here for a quick bite before a deadline. I went through the drive thru, was told to go to the first window because they couldn’t hear me. I pull up to the first window and place my order – pay – then at window 2 they send me to park…… I waited 20 minutes before finally getting out of my vehicle and going inside to get my own food. It was sitting on the counter, unattended. Food was cold. Wouldn’t stop here if you’re in any rush to eat.

The Drive-thru was taking forever! It was crazy we waited 10 minutes just for one car to move. The Starbucks line is going MUCH faster!

Driving down I-25 Pull over for a quick lunch stop. There’s nothing worse then getting back on the road opening your food and finding out it was wrong. $15 spent in half of it I wouldn’t eat ask for cheese only got pickles onions mustard and everything on that burger. Ask for a Coke got a diet coke, gross. Disappointing waste of my hard-earned money for food I did not eat. I did eat the fries calming down those were expensive fries!!
