I didn’t know they used natural ingredients now…. Found two hairs in my burgers, which is utterly disgusting and made me threw up. Definitely stay away from this location if you can!!!!

Drive through took 25 minutes total. Rudest employees I have ever encountered. The large drinks has been downsized. The Sausage egg and cheese McGriddle and hash browns where served cold and ice had already melted in tea by time I got to pick up window. This is one of the worst locations ever.
It’s a 1 out of 5 McDonalds. Check your order and ask for napkins when going through the drive thru as you might only get one if that.
They seemed mad I asked for napkins and they gave 5 napkins for 3 people.

does this location not know what a macchiato is? i tried ordering a caramel macchiato in the drive thru this morning and the person on the speaker acted like they had no idea what the word even meant lol. i asked them if they weren’t selling them anymore and the person said no, which is odd because i get that drink ever time i get mc donald’s breakfast, and when i looked online it showed up….maybe they misunderstood me…but i just kind of think they didn’t feel like making it…

I usually never go to this location’s drive thru as the wait and service are usually not great,but over the past year they have really pulled it together. The service was spot on tonight and even with a long line I was out of there in less than 10 minutes.

Ordered a freaking sausage egg and cheese mcgriddle breakfast sandwich 20 mins before 11am as I had an important place to get to and needed a quick bite on the way and they decided to mess up my food, idk if this was meant as a stupid joke or to prove a point but idk why i would order 20 mins before the end of breakfast and this should happen. Everything tasted off. They gave me unsweetened tea. They acted like my taste buds didn’t work and reluctantly switched it out. I Had to dump said sweet tea it tasted so nasty. Mc Chickens were gross. The wrappers were not closed and everything was just thrown in the bag. Nugget dips looked like they were out the trash (covered in dirt) Couldn’t stomach what we ordered and left very disappointed. No clean tables but someone did come around and clean before we left.. Workers had a lot of drama and it was so loudly discussed that the atmosphere was ruined.

If is not a drive-thru forget it! A big structure and a very very bad service!!! 2 workers to take of a big drive-thru line and if you need to make a pickup or if you want to buy something inside forget it, zero stars if possible! Also from the door when you open you realize how dirty it is, really sad!!
