This very disappointing. I frequent Starbucks a lot as does my husband. Today I went through and got a drink. I was able to tip and even apologized for not being able to. The barista or cashier (in the drive thru) drew a sad face on my cup. This really bothered me.
What if I was going through something or having a bad day? What if I had some serious thoughts in my head and this was the final straw. I do not but what if?
I have been going through a lot lately but I am being strong.
I feel that if they are going to write on a cup it should always be something positive! Don’t write something that could hurt some or their feelings.

***The picture makes the drink look darker, it’s actually milk white***.I’ve been a regular at this Starbucks for many years. Seems lately when I get my drink(iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso) I’m not getting the proper amount of espresso that I’m paying for. Supposed to be four shots in it. I used to buy an extra shot to put in it but the last few times I haven’t been getting what I pay for. This drink taste like pure milk. Honestly, if I could give zero stars, I would do it. I’m not sure what’s changed in the last couple months, management, employees that have no knowledge. Something is going on. ♀️ I’ll just stick to Dunkin’ from now on

Just went here and they did not make even 1 of our drinks well. None of them taste like they should. They also messed up one of the sizes and we kindly said we ordered a different size and that is what they charged us for, and the person at the window just stood there staring at the screen.

Don’t get me wrong, Starbucks is my go to coffee. it’s amazing. but these new paper straws may be good for the environment . but i couldn’t even finish my drink bc it got soggy and feel apart. so i’m giving this Starbucks a 2 star.

The Starbucks on Coshocton Ave in Mt Vernon is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been in……the staff is super disrespectful……. every single one……I feel disrespected every time I walk thru that door……..no smiles from anyone!!!!!…… never again will I go there!!!!!! I should be able to pick upy order comfortably…..not have anxiety every time I go there!!!!
