Just Door dashed this place. How do you forget a footlong in the bag? Why are the toppings less than regular servings on the sub? Who has such blatant disregard for the customer and believes they can get away with things of this nature? This subway, if you want subway, I suggest you bypass this one like the PLAGUE and get your sub from the one at midway plantation.

Chronically understaffed, limp/wilting vegetables and poor customer service. Quality issues abound (ex: slicing sub bread so unevenly that the bottom half is thin enough to see light through, brown avacado spread). If you order ahead on the app for pickup they will cut corners on your sub, you have to be there to watch them make it if you want a halfway decent meal. One time they told the pickup person the food wasn’t there (it was), I had to call and they “checked again”, yet said nothing about not having the add-on that I paid for. When I called back for a refund for the add-on, the woman said “can you come now?”. I said yes and drove over, to be told “I can give you cookies or chips”…the remainder of this interaction was also full of poor customer service from a worker that clearly didn’t want to be there. Ive given this location multiple tries but it’s genuinely the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. Do not expect anything fresh, you’re better off going to the standalone location a half mile away (by Krispy Kreme).

I went in tonight to buy two footlongs for 6.99 each which were SUPPOSED to be on a deal, they not only charged me FULL PRICE but didnt even bother to make them as i ordered them. When i opened them up at home, they didnt put any meat, or cheese in them and didnt even use the right bread for the orders. DO NOT GO HERE

I will never eat at that Subway again worse experience ever. Even other customers chimed in to help me and rosey the so called manager told them to be quite. I was doing a pickup order for a customer and in detail on his order It said a bunch of banana peppers so I try to do exactly what the customer says they want so Rosey the do called manager Said I had to buy another sub or salad just to get extra banana peepers on my customer pickup or when I said just charge me extra for them or ring it up as a salade if you have to but I’m one to get a person order right because who wants to pay for a order they don’t want. So I said we can’t move forward until you put more up there on his sub and rosey just kept saying no even her employee apologized. Customers behind ne even said your telling her no and she will to pay any cost for banana peppers and she told them to be quite. At that point I said there’s no way your a manager to tell Customers to be quite and your missing out on money over banner peppers if I’m telling you I’ll pay what extra cost even if it was the cost of a salad. Rosey gives subway a bad reputation especially when it comes to running a business mainly making customers satisfied thinking they cater to the public. Well I’m sorry to say at this subway it’s not true and for everyone to avoid the experience I had please do not go there. Because the only reason she could give me of why I couldn’t have them even though I was willing to pay was because she was the manager. Well apparently she must only want the title of being a manager but has no clue about going the extra mile and serving paying customers. Because customer make and break your business.

I come here just about weekly to get a sandwich. I only get veggies on my sandwich. Several times the lady Rossy had been very rude and impatient even though there was no
one else in line. I like my toppings spread out throughout my sandwich since i’m only getting veggies. I don’t think that Rossy should be in customer service if she doesn’t know how to treat the customers with some sort of basic respect and kindness.

My whole family and I just came in (8 people) and Sean took care of us. (Not sure if that’s how you spell his name, sorry.) He was the only one working, and he was very kind and patient, and just had an overall great attitude. Aside from the amazing service, it was also very cleaning and the food was good too. Thanks Sean for starting off my family’s vacation on a positive note
