Lightworker Sisterhood
The food was good, but the service and atmosphere has gone down recently. We saw people walking out after being seated and complaining to the hostess that they weren’t served so they were leaving. It took 15 minutes for a server to come to us after being seated because they had to wait for an employee to come in. They are far too understaffed and it hurts the entire experience. The booth was torn up too. Look at the attached picture. The screen by the window had food splatter and there was sauce on the floor where customers would walk on that no one was cleaning up. I won’t be going back to this location again.

I ordered 2 perfect margaritas, a double cheeseburger and an oriental chicken salad/ double meat, double dressing. The salad that I received, had ranch and that ruined a $20 salad for me.
The double cheeseburger was nothing to “write home about”, a basic request, fulfilled.
After nearly walking out without the margaritas, because I didn’t receive them with my food, I was ushered to the bar to wait for them.. where I had to ask a polite server to let the bartender know what I needed and that I was her take out margarita and ready to go with the rest of my order? She served everyone around me first, and then handed me 2, absolutely TERRIBLE “perfect margaritas”. It was like pure lemon water with a hint of salt, no tequila. I waited 15 minutes just to thank her for them as she blankly stared into my eyes and said NOTHING.
To top it all off, I ordered from another restaurant down the street- La Fiesta! Where I got an amazing meal for less than half the price, made CORRECTLY.

Updated. The manager reached out and made it right, which I truly appreciate. Our 2nd visit, the server was attentive but not very friendly. I think their service is truly holding them back because the food, again, was fantastic.
Original visit: Our waitress was drunk at 3pm on a Thursday! We came in and it started off good. She was really nice but after we ordered she forgot EVERYTHING and took forever to get anything. She was wearing a green Michigan state jersey and seemed so sweet at first but couldn’t even remember the ranch and took forever to get everything. When we were ready to go She saw the credit card in my husbands hand but handed us the check and walked away. We didn’t see her again for 10 more minutes then my hubs asked another server if he could pay. The other server got an attitude about it and then I had to leave because my son was crying but my hubs was in there for another 5 mins just trying to pay the check! This place has gone WAAAAAY downhill. Food tastes great but expecting a tip when you’re acting like that is a definite no for me

Pretty average Applebees experience. It took a long time to be seated, take our orders, and get our food despite the restaurant being pretty empty. The food was okay, we enjoyed the mozzarella sticks. The shark bowl drink was absolutely delicious!

The food and atmosphere was ok. The service however, not so much. After one of us (there was 3) got the wrong side dish we couldn’t find our server for about 5-7 minutes. Then when we gestured to her, she acknowledged us but then turned around to start checking someone out while making way to much meaningless chit chat the whole time. Meanwhile my friend is still waiting to eat cause they wanted to eat their meal all at the same time. Well, that didn’t happen. When she Finally made her way to us, we just asked to speak to the manager. And when we told her how she left us hanging while food was getting cold she replied; my boss told me to take care of them. Ugh! So manager came, we got corrected side dish, at the end of the meal and………. it didn’t seem as if ANYBODY even cared. We won’t be back.

The food, service, and atmosphere were meh. I gave it 3 stars because the Oriental salad with grilled chicken was okay, but would’ve been better without the chicken because it was dry and lacked flavor. Will only go again if invited by friends or family.

It was fine till I got my salmon dish. The broc was horrible. Had so much salt on it. I told the waiter and he said he had a few complaints. He said the cook was over seasoning it. If I was the waiter, I’d would of taken it back and replaced it. A lot of yelling in the kitchen. Everyone should be retrained.

if i could give a zero star i would. terrible service. we were seated for at least 15 minutes before were even greeted by our waiter. then we waited another 15 minutes to get out drinks. then after waiting an HOUR for for food i was told they ran out of ingredient for my food. but i still chose to eat it and it turned out it wasn’t even cooked al the way.

The hostess was really nice and helped us out. Our waiter on the other hand was awful. She never came and checked on us once never grabbed us a new drink never told us there was gonna be a wait or anything. We just paid for our drinks and left. It was ridiculous. Waited like 45 minutes for nothing And again, the waiter did not check in on us once honestly One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. I’m sure Other waiters are great, but ours was not. She was also the bartender so maybe she was busy but she still could’ve checked in on us at least once or twice or refilled our drinks but nothing. And I don’t know if it’s cause me and my friend are young or what but just felt unwelcome by her.

just as a preface- our server and the bartender (the only 2 lovely ladies working) Were fantastic in doing what they could, given the situations they were put in. That being said…..my experience was still awful. we were there for 3 hours…. from being seated, to ordering, to cashing out… it took 3 HOURS. It took over a half hour to be seated, an hour for our food to be brought to us and JUST as long to get cashed out even though it was fairly slow and empty in the restaurant. After we were finally seated the atmosphere turned very very sour. The Floor manager was a VERY RUDE MAN. and i mean EXTREMELY rude. Not to just his OWN TEAM (the ONLY server and the ONLY bartender that were there) but to CUSTOMERS as well, He caused a scene with a man that had a wrong order, and literally SNATCHED this man’s receipt out of his hands aggressively and was yelling at him…. we also overheard said customer state that the manager had previously hung up on him while he was trying to problem solve his order PRIOR to him coming in to speak with the manager personally. He was absolutely no help to his workers when they needed him. I understand everyone has bad days, i understand that there are some situations that are overwhelming but as a team LEADER and floor manager you should know how to handle these situations, and not take your frustrations out on the team of people there to help. When management suffers, the workers suffer and the business suffers, and it was an awful night FOR EVERYONE. The workers looked visibly stressed and distraught by him. Our server looked like she wanted to cry…. He should not be managing anyone with his attitude. Dear DM, GM, Owner, or ANYONE above this man… please for the sake of your business find better management. (Date and time of incident (10/5/25 @7:00 PM- 9:45PM) )
