I would love to give this place a great review but unfortunately I can’t. The food was good the people were pleasant and the seating was nice and clean. All was good up until I checked my bank when I was leaving. These guys decided to give themselves a 10% tip without permission. I’m a cash tipper and usually leave a lot more than 10% but not when they decide to just take it. My total was $61 and some change. When I signed the receipt I didn’t put anything for a tip because I planned on using cash. When checking my bank they charged my card $67 and some change. This is completely rude and dishonest of them to do this. I don’t do business like this and really hope this isn’t Sop for this place.

Great food! I’ve been there twice, and both tike great. We had the burger with guacamole which was so tasty. Also the chicken burger. Big quality portions. The inly reason I am not giving a 5-star review is the restroom, which is pretty old, and not clean.

This was my first time here. We were looking for a local place to grab a burger after our visit to the college.
We ended up choosing burgers and brew, and it did not disappoint. I went with the turkey, burger and salad, and the portion size was really large.
The staff was very friendly, and the place seem to be very popular with the locals. If you’re in Davis, I would suggest giving it a try.

The best burger in town, I like it even better than their west sac and sac R street branches. We order spicy guacamole and steak sandwich and both were perfect. The staff are also nice
HOWEVER, the owner/manager can do a better job with renovating and overall cleaning of their space. The outdoor tents and space aren’t nice and not appealing. Old and torn plastic covers, Christmas’s decoration still hanging there, fireplace not clean and not looking nice…
I think they make big money so what’s wrong with spending a little bit to make it a nicer place?!

Food is ok but pricey. I think you can get a better burger at in n out, urban plates, or even shah’s halal for a much better price. They do have a happy hour deal where burgers are a couple dollars off, which is nice. But the burgers are just ok. Worst part is the sheer amount of mayo they put on their burger. It’s like an inappropriate amount. An X-rated amount of mayo between buns.

Pretty good burger restaurant. They have a good selection of different types of burgers to choose from. We got the spicy guac burger and the bacon fusion burger. Both were good. Not the best quality but still had good flavor. The onions rings were excellent. Very fresh. The service is fast and very efficient. And the beer selection is well rounded too.

Loved the his place a few years ago, but this time the fires were over cooked and dry, the water had a bad taste to it, the bun was a bit stale, and the burger was just ok. Maybe I just went on an off day but I’m going to need some time before I try going here again.
