If you’re traveling through Franklin, Ohio right off I-75, do yourself a favor and stop at White Castle. I had a client in town from down south who asked the ultimate question… Is White Castle better than Krystal?
Luckily, Bobbi had my back. I explained just how important it was for me to make a good impression, and she absolutely delivered. I may or may not have politely begged for HOT fries… and let me tell you, they were on point.
The entire meal was fresh, hot, and exactly what I was hoping for. Great service, great food, and a smooth experience from start to finish. You’ve officially earned yourselves one more fan. I’ll be back!

Cute Christmas decorations, clean dining room. Excellent service by an employee named Amanda. She was working both front register and drive thru. It was Christmas Eve so it was busy! There was an understandable small wait. Our order was correct and good. We will visit this location again.

I started at this white castle because it’s the most convenient to get to in a semi truck. I placed my order with no problem whoever, my cheeseburgers steames with everything was called by the time I reached my truck. I was greatly disappointed.

I didn’t go into the White Castle, but the gas station it was attached to was a mess. A pull down security gate between the White Castle and this gas station prevented going from one to the other and that’s a good thing. The White Castle may have been clean as a whistle for all i know, but the gas station was nasty.

Went there about 8:15 only car in line and wait 15 minutes for our food. Got home and bit into my slider the bread was old the meat was so old it was hard. If you know you have food for a while don’t serve it to people. For safety 101! You know it’s bad.

I barely ever see white castles so I had to stop! Got 3 cheese sticks and 6 hamburgers. Went through the drive thru. The cheese sticks were so fresh, hot and delicious, the top 2 burgers were as well! but every burger under those in the bag, had a patty that was so dry and hard like cardboard, they were not even edible.
