Slow service. Food did not come out together and had to return orders pasta tasted like a frozen dinner. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Temperature control was terrible and we were shivering during our stay with our coats on. Would not recommend.

This Chili’s truly stood out from every other location we’ve ever been to. From the moment we walked in, every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure guests felt welcome. It wasn’t just us—every table around us received the same warm, attentive service. Each employee greeted people with a genuine smile and carried such a positive attitude, which created an atmosphere that felt inviting and enjoyable.

On top of the exceptional service, the food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious—exactly what you hope for when dining out. It’s rare to see a restaurant where the entire team works together so seamlessly to make the experience memorable, and this location nailed it. By far, this has been the best Chili’s we’ve had the pleasure of dining at. A huge thank-you and much respect to the managers for setting such a high standard and leading by example.

My little family felt like burgers that night for dinner. So we decided to go to Chili’s. Take advantage of thier 3 for me deal at 10.99. My wife and I got burgers. While my oldest felt like pasta instead of a burger. Our waitress was really friendly and polite. We also got to sing a long and help a young boy celebrate his 10th or 11th birthday that evening as well.

Went tonight and the food was great. All was well until I realized that my drink wasn’t frosting the cup up, it was the scum and dirt build up that made my cup look different from everyone else. Notice the clear handle. Thats what the cup should look like to. I pray i dont get sick

Very disappointed! Appetizers came out quick. We didn’t get our entrees until almost an hour after. The ribs were ok but had a hair on them and minimal sauce. Some of our fries were well overdone and some underdone… the boneless wings seemed as if they sat under the warmer for so long the sauce soaked into the breading and the cups of ranch had a yellowish dried film on top. Mac and cheese was good but the portion was tiny. Way over priced for what we got! Service was great and not her fault. She did get us a discount which was much appreciated. Probably won’t be going back.

Went here with some friends and it was so cold inside that we had to keep our coats on. Most of the table ordered warm drinks to compensate. It was warmer in my CAR when I left. When we asked our waiter, they said this has been an ongoing problem the entire time they’ve worked there and that they couldn’t do anything about it. Owner and/or management clearly know this is a problem and is choosing to do nothing about it. Horrible customer experience, horrible way to treat your staff.

Edit: in response to the restaurant’s reply, you can scroll back and see a review a month before mine noting the same temperature issue. If “very recent” is more than a month ago, we have very different standards for working conditions for staff during the coldest time of the year. (Obviously customer experience is also important, but I only had to spend an hour coping with the cold)

My husband and I went here for the first time.
Our waitress was horrible. We ordered the unlimited nachos and were not allowed a refill, she simply took the basket away. We didn’t get a drink refill either. She was rude.
My burger (had black bean, hold the sauce), had one jalapeño on it, and jt was the end piece.
Our total was ~$45, and it was the biggest waste of money we have ever spent on a restaurant. We have. Ever had such horrible treatment or service anywhere else before.

I do NOT recommend. Put your money elsewhere.

The food was not terrible. It was the service.

Food was good, had the 3 for $10.99. Waitress was Krista and she was very nice and “on it”. However, they’re definitely living up to there name today…Heater on the blitz…VERY COLD inside restaurant! We understand Temp outside is only 16 degrees, but it was very uncomfortable. Hopefully, it’ll be repaired soon…burrr

Jasline and Sean were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! Jasline customer service is a 10/10 highly recommended! Sean was literally such a pleasure and accommodating!
I’m a chef so I don’t eat out often but they will make me a return customer for sure ! Food was very fresh as well paid $23 for TWO lunch meals like WHATTT !!!!

There was a party of 10 of us. We waited almost an hour for food and then once we got food all but 3 orders were so cold. One burger was so well done it was like a hockey puck. We ordered a fajita the rice was cold so we sent it back and was asked if we would like more rice. Like ummm…yeah we would like the rice that. And with our meal but hot and edible. I had to get my food to go because it was so cold I couldn’t eat it. The manager then said she would discount our check since most of our food was cold and not good and on an over $200 check discounted all of $13. We didn’t want free food but to wait as long as we did to get cold food was super frustrating.
