This might be the worst McDonald’s in Miami maybe even in United States first of all the service here is terrible. These workers will never acknowledge you even if you’re looking straight into their eyes waiting for them to come and help you with your order.
Even if they are not doing anything, they just don’t wanna deal with customers clearly they all hate to work there, but they have to and I understand
this review is not only because I see this cruelty happening daily since I work in front of this McDonald’s but it’s just there’s no one that can apparently do anything about it.

At this local McDonald’s, there’s an incredibly unfair situation where a company toll system has been set up in the parking lot, supposedly to “manage traffic,” but it’s clearly just a way for a few workers to pocket extra cash. Customers are being charged simply to enter or exit the lot, with no clear signs, and the money doesn’t go toward any kind of maintenance or improvement—just personal gain. Today, things escalated when an elderly woman who had clearly just picked up her order parked for a moment. Instead of respectfully informing her that she couldn’t park there, they have an adult! sitting in a golf cart a block away so he will wait for them to get off the car to go to tow their car. (It’s a guy in the glasses in the picture attached) He says he has a police plate that makes him official and allowed to do this, so he sends the young man driving the toll car, (also in picture) he quickly moved to tow it IN A SECOND the car is on the tow truck, just to charge her an outrageous fee for the “service.” It was a manipulative and heartless move, and it shows how this whole system is designed not to help, but to trap and exploit people.
They’ve been doing this for over two weeks and it’s insane how many cars they’ve towed and they asked people for cash on the spot, so they don’t take the cars away and get that money in their pocket daily! for dozens of cars every single day it’s insane how cruel humans can turn just to get a couple of dollars .
Their new manager should definitely start focusing more on improving their
Team and getting them happy rather than getting money on the side.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Tamara at McDonald’s – 17730 Collins Ave (Store #12111) for consistently going above and beyond.

I work in the City of Sunny Isles Beach, and most mornings I stop by for breakfast. Seeing Tamara’s smiling face in the drive through has truly become one of the highlights of my day. She brings such a positive energy to every interaction. Her amazing personality and genuine warmth instantly brighten my mornings, no matter how early it is.

What really stands out is her exceptional customer service. She remembers the little things, like always having my water ready without me even having to ask. That level of attentiveness shows how much she cares about her customers and takes pride in her work.

Tamara represents the very best of what great service looks like. McDonald’s is lucky to have her, and I am grateful to start so many of my mornings with her kindness and professionalism. Keep shining, Tamara!

All the reviews saying orders here are wrong are 100% accurate. Went in today to order in person after having an issue with the app, other people in the store also can’t order on the app, it just cancels the order. And if you used a deal or a coupon like I did, it won’t let you use it again. I also wasn’t the only one in the store with this problem. Then the manager says “everyone has been complaining about the app lately.” I finally get my food and my order is wrong. Plus the fries are cold, which is weird because the place is busy. Also while I was waiting there were multiple people who ordered their food to be delivered to the table but the staff is too lazy to take the food a few feet away to the table. Mind you, this is one of the smallest McDonald’s I’ve been in that has table seating and the staff is still too lazy to deliver the food to the table. One elderly man was waiting at his take while the staff was calling his table number. He finally gets up there to get his food and gets back to his table. Guess what? His order was also wrong. I would not recommend going to this location.

Can’t say, I’ve enjoyed my experience at McDonald’s in a long time but this was good! I mean honestly the food was great everyone there seemed like they wanted to be there especially the guy at the front counter who was clearly going above and beyond but still managing to have a great attitude. He said his name was Douglas!
An again I mean I was genuinely impressed with our burgers they weren’t haphazardly thrown together like most McDonald’s I have been too lately. They were pretty good and the place was honestly really clean too.

I got an egg McMuffin and it was ROTTEN and it smelled HORRIBLE like absolute diarrhoea. I deserve a refund. Other foods are not that bad actually BUT THIS ONE. No wonder it was buy one get one free.

Due to my work, I constantly travel on business across different states in the U.S., and I’ve visited many McDonald’s locations over the years. I can confidently say that this McDonald’s is one of the best in the entire country in terms of food quality.

The fries here are exceptional — always crispy, fresh, and clearly cooked in clean, fresh oil, not bitter or overused oil like in many other locations. The burgers are assembled perfectly: neat, beautiful, and consistent every time. The buns are baked just right, and the meat is fresh, fragrant, and cooked exactly as it should be.

On top of that, the staff is incredibly kind, responsive, and professional. You can really feel the presence of an excellent manager who knows how to run a team and maintain high standards. This location sets the bar very high and truly stands out among McDonald’s restaurants across the United States. Highly recommended.

I ordered Doordash from this location! Everything was WRONG. Regular hamburgers arrived as cheeseburgers. I am ALLERGIC to cheese. An unsweetened iced tea arrived sweetened…..Cannot have sugar. A chicken sandwich was MISSING from the order. What is going on at this location? Do not order food delivery from here. Obviously they cannot read&everything is incorrect. Very frustrating for customers spending money!

Probably one of the worst McDonald’s in the area. Slow. Staff lacks any customer service skills. They speak to you with the fewest words possible. I gave her my mobile order number. She said OK. That’s it. Ok. No. Drive to the window. I got your order. Just Ok. Hmmm ok do you have my order now? Should I pull around? Then I asked her did you get my order, what do you want me to do? Finally, she said yes pull around.

If you can’t communicate with people, you should not be in customer service.

Easily the worst McDonald’s in the United States.
I parked for less than two minutes to pick up an order I had already paid for, and my car was towed almost immediately. This appears to be a predatory towing setup, not a legitimate enforcement of parking policy.
And a separate Business that Macdonald is benefiting from

The situation was caused by McDonald’s own service delays, yet the staff refused to take responsibility or offer any assistance. Their indifference and lack of cooperation were astonishing.

This location shows a complete disregard for customers and operates in a way that raises serious questions about management practices and their relationship with the towing company.

I will be escalating this matter with corporate, consumer protection agencies, and legal counsel. I strongly advise others to avoid this location unless they are willing to risk being wrongfully towed.
