We haven’t had O’Charley’s food in a long time. These tenders are not how we remembered them. Ordered two Monday Pit Stop specials curb side.
One chicken tenders,
one burger both with fries.
We received 2 orders of tenders one with fries (very tasty fries)No burger and one of the orders had broccoli, no fries. Discovered the error after returning home. Called restaurant and staff (very nice and apologized) offered to remake the order if I wanted to come back to the restaurant.
I declined not wanting to drive 20 minutes one way back to restaurant.
Disappointed. Won’t be back.

Went for lunch with my wife ! Restaurant staff was very friendly and professional clean Restaurant bathrooms clean and easily accessible our server was very attentive and polite steak was a little to salty for my taste but very tender sides were delicious would recommend Charley’s for lunch very affordable and tasty!

What a great Saturday lunch we have had with an amazing server Makal. Makal was very patient and polite with us on ordering since we had 3 littles, very helpful on helping get the kids what they wanted with the best deal and also he made a great suggestion on a barber shop to take my son to. Jason the manager came around making sure everything was going great. The food was very good at a reasonable price. We usually go to Olive Garden, but wanted a change and we will definitely be come back here.

We haven’t been here in awhile, but always had a nice meal, until today. The food was not how we remembered it. We had the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and asparagus, a French dip, and tried to order the clam chowder, that was out, so we substituted for the potato soup. The soup and the entrees were cold. The rolls that were brought out to us, were obviously old, and hard as rocks. The French dip was haphazardly thrown together and the asparagus was just about raw. We are pretty frugal with our money these days, so we were excited to treat ourselves to a nice dinner. That did not happen. I’m not sure what has happened to this restaurant, unfortunately we will no longer choose them for a nice meal. Very expensive for food that ended up going to the dogs.

Service was very good & quick. Our food was terrible. I had chicken carbonate (tasted & looked like it came from refrigerator as left over). Husband had club sandwich & it was not prepared as a normal layered club sandwich. The rolls were hard & small.

Do not order out at this place!!! I love eating there in person but I live pretty far away from it. Decided to get out to eat from there with their chicken strips. Their chicken strips are usually great sized but because it’s to-go, they decided to give such bad portions. Very disappointing. Can’t believe this was $15.

Had a great time. Friendly staff. Quick service with piping hot food. I always love the soup and the deviled eggs. I got the Cajun pasta with chicken and it didn’t disappoint. My wife got the chicken tenders and man they were good too. I don’t have one bad thing to say. Two thumbs way up.

07/13/22 We came for dinner. We enjoyed most of our food. The bread was really good (especially with spread), the spinach & artichoke dip and potato skins were pretty good, I got the seafood combo platter with rice pilaf, mac & cheese. The rice had pretty good flavor, but the Mac & cheese and rice pilaf were both cold, so I didn’t eat them (who serves cold food? Smh) I was so disappointed..I did like the stuffed crab & shrimp. The strawberry cheesecake was really good, but none of us liked the apple cobbler dessert..I originally wanted the black berry cobbler but I was told they ran out, then I asked for the peach cobbler then I was told they alsp ran out of that ( it was so disappointing)…the crust pieces in the apple cobbler tasted raw, I didn’t like the apples, the only thing that was good was the vanilla ice cream (which they charge extra for…smh)…I would never order that dessert again.

We had the best server we have had in a while and kept our drinks full. The food was good. It was hot when we got it.fried chicken salad. Plenty of chicken hot and crispy. Shrimp scampiand pasta was terrific. Very nice!

The employees are very personable. The restaurant was clean. The food wasn’t as good as I’m used to receiving from O’Charley’s. The fries looked and tasted as if they were cooked in old grease. However the rolls were good as always. My burger was a little dry for my taste but their macaroni was very good.
