Out off all of the Chick fil a’s I’ve been to. The one in the Golden Gate is the best and cleanest. Also it’s organized even during high traffic. Tonight was the first time I e been to this one. The head manager was very nice. Keep up the good work.

want to share an unpleasant experience involving an employee of this establishment.

I work as an Uber driver. On February 28 at around 10:00 PM, I picked up a passenger at his home and drove him to his girlfriend’s workplace — this establishment. The ride ended at about 10:42 PM.

After the ride, they asked if I could take them back home because the Uber price for a new trip was about $70. They offered to pay me $30 in cash instead, and I agreed.

When we arrived at their home, both individuals left the car without paying.

Later, on March 3, 2026, I came to this establishment to explain the situation and show video and photo evidence from inside my car. Unfortunately, I was told they could not help and the employee was not called to address the issue.

This situation is not really about $30, but about basic honesty and respect for people who provide a service.

If the management would like to review what happened, I am willing to provide the video and photo evidence from the ride

If the management is interested in resolving this situation, I am willing to provide video evidence of what happened during the ride.”

This location is a great place to sit and eat. The manager is awesome along with her staff. They greeted us coming in and leaving out. I love how friendly and polite they all are here. The wait time was short, and the store is clean. I will come to this location more often. Thank you all for a great experience.

You do not often find a fast food restaurant where you are greeted when you walk in, thanked when you have ordered or have someone stop at the table to see if everything is alright. Top notch staff with great pride and training. Kudos to all.

Received one of those laminated cards for a free breakfast sandwich so figured why not give them a try. Honestly it wasn’t worth it. This place (like most if not all Chick-fill-A’s) are crazy busy for lunch and dinner and yet for breakfast it was quite literally dead and here’s why. First off our cashier couldn’t even bother to be remotely pleasant. Until she went on break and was all smiles. She couldn’t even be bothered to take the card which I attempted to hand her twice. The food was not hot. Now I am used to this for the waffle fries, but seriously look at the picture and how the cheese isn’t melted because the biscuit, egg and sausage were barely lukewarm. And all of the employees acted like the customer or two in the place didn’t even exist. No thanks I’ll go to McDonald’s where their breakfast is far superior and most of the time the employees at least acknowledge you exist. It’s nice especially in the morning to be greeted with a smile.

Why would you have your employees outside in twenty degree weather and this windy outside? You don’t care about your employees, but only the money you will make. Do your managers go out in this weather to manage for hours at a time? Unacceptable and horrible. Do better! We can place our orders at the window!!! Maybe we should have the TV stations come out to see what you all are doing!

We ordered from the chick fila in Mayfield hts. 1. We had to pull up and wait an additional 10-15 minutes for our food after being in line for 20 minutes.
2. After all of that our order was wrong and of course the location is no closed.
3. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at chick fila
