Stopped by Chili’s during a flight at the Minneapolis airport, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. I ordered the chicken crispers, but they were a letdown—tasted like they were fried in old oil, with a heavy, greasy flavor that overwhelmed the dish.
The service didn’t help either. Even though the place was mostly empty with several two-seater tables available, we were given a table with no charging outlet. When we asked to switch, the server declined, saying it might get busy and that other tables were for larger groups. That didn’t line up with what we saw—plenty of small tables were still free.
On a positive note, the molten chocolate cake we ordered for dessert was actually really good.
All in all, not a great stop for a meal, especially with the unfriendly service and poor food quality. The dessert was the only redeeming part of the visit.

Update: The breakfast omelet was tasty, but their Bailey’s coffee is TINY and costs $15!!! Plus almost $5 for tax and “hospitality” fees.
We enjoyed two salads – grilled chicken Caesar salad and grilled chicken Sante Fr salad. Both were very good in taste and quantity. The server was trying, but she just didn’t attend to the patrons very well. Maybe short staffed? Our iced teas sat empty a while.

This has got to be the worst service I have ever experienced. When we arrived the host asked how many people. There was 5 of us. She then grabbed a spray bottle and a cloth and walked away. We just assumed she had to clean a table. She returned and said this way and grabbed her spray bottle and cloth and said ” taking this because I don’t wanna talk to anyone else tonight”. She sat us, walked away and there we sat. Not a single employee came over and spoke to us. Apparently you have to order on the qr code which we didn’t know because no one spoke to us. After figuring it out and placing our order, we had to flag down someone to ask for water. 2 of our group order drinks and only 1 received it. After eating our appetizer, the other lady mentioned it to a server lady to just take it off the bill. Our food arrived and it was hot and actually pretty good. But, we never saw a server after bringing us our food. There was no prebussing and after we paid, we sat at a dirty table for about 10 mins before leaving. As a chain restaurant, I assume you have training that your employees must complete. If not, I would highly recommend it for this one restaurant.

Waitress told me I could order with her or use QR code. Disappeared completely. Ordered with QR code. Got food eventually, never got waitress or refill after that. You feel like you’re working for the employees, not a customer.

Stopped in at Chili’s to get a reliable and standard experience while in MSP, but it was not like any other Chili’s I’ve ever been to. Stale chips, poorly cooked chicken, precooked and reheated rice, stale tortillas… Just BAD food all the way around, combined with lackluster and unfriendly service and massively inflated pricing. When it’s almost $40 (plus tip!) for one person to get a bad meal, something has gone badly wrong. I would recommend avoiding this location.

Classic Chilis. Good margaritas and fajitas, and even better tunes. Felt like a flash back to 1995.

Got seated right away, drinks came out quickly, stable food options with really big chicken tenders.
Good value for what you paying.

This is a subpar take on the real Chilis. They don’t serve even half of the Chilis menu. No servers. You order from your table with a QR code so good luck making special choices or requests. There is no customer service to comment on, because there was no one serving you. I love Chilis and eat there on a regular basis. Fajitas $25 (steak) were a shame. The meat looked old and sad. I wouldn’t even let me daughter eat it. Everything seemed like it had been sitting for hours and was microwaved. No good. Disappointing to the real chilis. Food court would have been a better option.

No one to greet you. I had to ask if it was ok to seat myself. They served me luke warm food with spoiled fruit. I had to get up and ask for silverware. I explained the issue to the server she walked away to clean tables and seat other people, then had the nerve to ask if I wanted a to go box. Didn’t acknowledge my concern. Then I told her no I don’t want the food she said let me tell my manager. The manager nor server empathized or apologized. They gave me 10% off to shut me up. She took my card to ring me up and instead of checking me out she started serving other people. I can’t believe the level of service, negligence and ignorance on their part. Worst service ever

Staff was friendly and accommodating. We ordered boneless buffalo wings, fries, burgers and salad. The buffalo wings was really salty and the rest of the food was good. Good was served on time as well.
