I placed an online order today 8/17/25. With pick up 30 minutes later. My wife arrived to pick it up & half the order was missing. My wife asked the counter person Samantha where the chips, cookies & drinks were. Samantha then proceeded to raise her voice and told my wife it wasn’t on the order. She slammed down 2 cups (only 1 fountain drink was on the order the other was a 20oz soda) my wife left came home, told me what happened & I returned with the bag. Samantha did not apologize for the inconvenience (obviously never read the receipt completely) & only got defensive. I requested my money back & left the half empty bag of food. HORRIBLE attitude. I will be contacting manager & corporate & not returning to this location.

Every time I come here I order online. They are never done with my order by the time it tells you on the website. I understand sometimes it gets busy but there are times there’s no one in the store and they are barely working on my order. Sometimes I order all the way in Calexico and when I get here is still not done then I have to wait 15-30 more minutes. Today my order said pick up at 2 and it’s past 20 minutes, employee has not started my order.
Update: 40 minutes still no order started
Second update 50 minutes waiting for the guy to refund because this is outrageous. He started the order and I felt bad for the guy, why leave an employee by themselves!! Waited a whole hour to get an online order!!! Love subway but will not come back to this location, not the first time I have to wait 30+ minutes

Today 6/25/25 @4:36pm i had the worst customer service from an associatevwho said her name was Samantha. She was extremely disrespectful to the elderly women in front of me. I was ordering 2 subs from another associate and Samantha decided she wanted to ring me up before i was finished ordering. She kept talking over her associate and telling me my total before i reached the register. I had to ask her to wait and she was madder after and more rude. I gave her my coupons and asked her for the price of the cookies and paid. She turned to walk away and i asked for my recipt which she responded rudely “you want a receipt” i let her know she should ask next time before assuming a customer doesn’t want a receipt. She rolled her eyes and used a patronizing tone have a good day. I asked her her name and she ignored me so i asked again and she said Samantha. Im not one to post negatively unless the service is really bad but treat your elderly with respect please. Its not okay to be disrespectful like this. If you have a bad day ask someone else to take over and take an extra break. But the attitude and disrespect was beyond disbelief. Ill just stick to the imperial location.
Also i got home and noticed that she gave me the wrong cookies and this is exactly why i like to pay attention when im ordering so i can have my order correct.

Not only does my sandwich look bad but I had ordered online to having to wait 20 mins for it to be ready . Specifically ask for it to be toased and when I picked it up it was cold and soggy .

This store has atrocious customer service. I placed an order online for delivery through Subway’s website. I am currently in a cast, and cannot drive. I not receive my full order when it was delivered. I called the store and spoke to Jackie. She said she’d spoken to the owner and I had to come in to get my refund or the missing items. I explained, again, that I cannot drive. She didn’t seem to care or maybe she’s that incompetent, but she responded with “well you have to come in.” She’s rude and unhelpful. How can I not get a refund on items I did not receive? That’s an awful policy, and it is theft.

Sent my husband with my order to subway. I requested a Turkey & provolone, I got rotisserie chicken in chunks no cheese, maybe 8 pieces of lettuce, no Mayo with minimal mustard and finished with them toasting it.
I honestly think they gave me somebody else’s order. I pulled out the tomatoes, pickles and olives and the rest is junked. Really sad subway!! I’ve been going to Jersey Mikes- guess this is my last Subway sub as I won’t go back again. Really disappointed!!

I went and ordered my sandwich, and I specifically asked for mayonnaise and mustard packets. This is the third time that I have been into the same place to order my sandwich , which is the exact same way mayonnaise and mustard packets on the side. This is the third time that that same little girl has not given me mayonnaise and mustard packets. I’m not realizing it till I get to work.
Subway please re-train your employees to follow through with the order as the customer would like, it is very frustrating to eat a sandwich that is not complete.
The lady who check me out, did the an amazing job. The younger one needs to be retrained, and maybe have a smile on her face.

I’ve experienced out of many times visiting the restaurant, almost perfect orders and generous quantities when creating the sandwiches. The service of some of the employees are inarguably slow, they seem almost new to the job despite having seen some of the employees at this building for nearly a year now. Nonetheless, is you like subways made generously, the small wait is no problem.
