We were a group of 7, our server was Cole. He did an amazing job tending to us making sure our drinks were full and everyone was satisfied. He performed great and had respectable manners. Service was great, food was amazing nothing to complain about. Everything was a 10/10!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Our waitress Elyse was absolutely wonderful! She was kind, funny and sweet ! She has added to our experience and made it memorable she definitely is our favorite waitress! Hopefully when we come again we’ll have the pleasure of her being our waitress!

Great service and delicious food and great selection of draft beer our server was soo wonderful , friendly and helpful ❤️ the atmosphere is fun and relaxing and the music was a bit of everything we really enjoyed the draft beers and watermelon margarita of the month ❤️ its just that the prices went up some of the entrees . Our food was delicious and fresh but my fajita trio was small compared to the picture , they gave enough meat but not enough rice or onions/ peppers for the $26 price and only four little tortillas . The pasta had enough shrimp for my friend . And the southwest eggrolls were great for the price ❤️

Stopped by the Arrowhead store late one evening and as always had a great meal with great customer service. The 3 for me menu is the best value anywhere. Why stop at a fast food place when you can have a giant smash burger, frys, soup, and drink for less than any fast food joint.

Good experience
This was my first time visiting this chilli’s. overall it was good. The restaurant was clean. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They have 10$ lunch specials on weekdays. The burger was great. The wings were good also but they were a little cold. Other than that nothing to complain about.
I will be back again.

We came here for an employee good bye lunch. The hostess was very nice and took no time to get a large table set up without reservations. Our server was a different story. She initially started out strong, but couldn’t maintain. It wasn’t busy during our visit. She struggled with keeping drinks filled. I made a mistake when ordering and did get it fixed very quickly. But we asked several times for boxes and we were going to order dessert but again due to slow service decided to go elsewhere. The food quality and portion sizes itself has also gone down drastically. I felt I could have made better at home. I know this is not on the server, but not worth the prices we paid. I can see why I stopped coming here. The texas fries weren’t very hot and they had no spice. The chips and salsa are good when fresh. The spinach dip comes with guacamole which is an odd mixture.

We visited this chilis location today. We always order the skillet queso and today they seemed to have a weird batch that was quite runny. The manager attempted to make a new batch and when the problem persisted he was very apologetic and friendly. I have never been to a restaurant before that went so out of their way to ensure the customer had a great experience! The server and manager were so attentive and kind. Even tho we didn’t get the queso the overall experience was amazing!

Great experience at the Chili’s off Bell by Arrowhead Mall. The bartender Chantelle was absolutely amazing from start to finish. friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit enjoyable. Drinks were spot on and the service was top-notch. If you come here, sit at the bar and ask for Chantelle. You’ll have a great experience.

The place was absolutely freezing, so we didn’t get to really enjoy our stay persay but other than the temperature, we had a good time.
I highly recommend trying the carne asada plate, it was absolutely amazing
We went during lunch, fairly open for service. Door greeter was super friendly, and seemed to talk to the guest like he knew them all personally. That’s a great characteristic to have! (I can’t do that)
