We had an Saturday night dinner at Olive Garden on the first weekend after Thanksgiving. Dinner wasn’t the best but it was’t the worse. It’s Olive Garden so we get what we paid for. We had the Ziti with meat sauce for my son which he loves and he gives it a 8. Then the shrimp pasta fettuccine for myself which was a 8 out of 10 by the way and the Egg plant parmesan for my wife, which she loves, but she still gives it a 7. For drinks I had the Mango daiquiri and my wife had The blue Capri. She gives that a 8 and for my daiquiri, I gave it a 7 a little too sweet that’s why. Desserts are a little to sweet so stay way if your watching your sugar. We had a chocolate lasagna cake which we give a 6 out of 10 then the Black tie moose cake a 6, and strawberry shortcake we give a 7 and The warm Italian donuts which was a 7. The strawberry and the chocolate sauce was great with the warm Italian donuts but again it’s too sweet. It’s good for One and done if you’re watching your sugar. As for the salad there’s not enough olives in the salad. We always have to ask for more olives. Isn’t it called Olive Garden! As for the soups we give it all a 7 out of 10 and that’s for all 4 of them. Bread is great if it’s soft and they do bring it out soft most of the time. The service was great. We only wish they attended to us more and supplied more napkins and I always feel the server should ask if we need our drinks refilled or water refilled. We shouldn’t have to ask when it comes to that. As for the food temperature that was great and for the atmosphere around us The temperature could be a little warmer. Even with the place being packed and all the body heat that surrounds us it still could be warmer than expect. Especially if it’s 32 degrees outside. You might have to keep your coat on for dinner. I did! We will be back only because it’s simple casual dining. Nothing more.

Tonight was my fiancé’s first visit to Olive Garden in 15 years, and he went in skeptical — “Why Olive Garden when there are so many other Italian restaurants?”
By the end of the meal, he was fully converted. We had soup, salad, breadsticks with Alfredo dipping sauce, and the Tour of Italy, and everything hit the spot.
What really stood out was the service — we had four different servers checking on us, offering refills, and making sure we were taken care of, and even the manager came out to say hello. It truly made for a great dining experience.

Came here to say for dinner.
The booths are so damn dark that we had to use the lights on our phones to read the menu.
The salad had so many roots from the romaine lettuce that I had to pick them out of the salad and it left next to nothing on the plate. Ordered more salad and breadsticks and we got the salad but the breadsticks were still in the oven.
There are maybe 10 people in here and they ran out of breadsticks already? It’s not even 6 o’clock!
Had to move our plates and ourselves to the absolute end of the booth in order to be able to see our food.
Totally unacceptable.
Will not be coming back here again.

I work with students with disabilities, and we came here to work on skills like ordering, making a purchase, and leaving a tip. The servers we had both times were absolutely incredible. They spoke directly to my students, were patient, kind, and very helpful. Sofia and Jonatha were amazing servers to have, and Promise was a super helpful hostess. Highly recommend this restaurant for their hospitality. Thank you again!

I had a lunch of soup and salad both were good the bread sticks tasted a little dry. Once mentioned to our server we immediately got a fresh out of the oven order of bread sticks. The restaurant is being renovated at this time. I will be going back once it’s done to see the improvement in the atmosphere. Although the seating we had was fine.

• The restaurant has gone from decent to one of the worst dining experiences in the area for consistent, sit-down service.
Service concerns
• On three separate visits, different servers either seemed untrained or unconcerned, leading to repeated problems with basic service.
• Food arrived late, and on one visit breadsticks and salad came only after the check had already been paid, with the server simply leaving them on the table despite being told they were no longer needed.
• On another occasion, the server took the order but never put it in, requiring a conversation with the manager just to receive the meal.
• Similar lapses were observed at nearby tables, suggesting broader service issues rather than an isolated incident.
Staff attitude
• When mistakes were pointed out, servers and staff did not offer a meaningful apology or show much concern about the inconvenience caused.
• The overall impression is that many staff members simply do not care, which makes the experience feel frustrating and disrespectful.
Bottom line

My first visit at this location with my 3 year old was completely disappointing!! The restaurant was not busy at all, and initially the experience was fine our food came out quickly and our server (Luz C) was pleasant at first. Things went downhill when we were trying to leave. I informed her we were finished and ready for the check because we were on a tight schedule for my daughter’s dance class. The self-serve kiosk at the table would not work so I went to the front of the restaurant to pay. At that point, I had my alcoholic beverage in a to-go cup since I didn’t have time to sit and finish it. I was told I could not take the drink outside due to company policy, which I fully understand. I explained I had taken a sip or two, but the drink itself was still full, and because I was being prevented from taking it, I asked if it could be removed from the bill. At this point, the server began going back-and-forth with me, insisting that I had consumed half the drink and that I was required to pay for it or stay to finish it. She did not check the drink or attempt to verify how much had actually been consumed, she insisted she was correct. The interaction became unnecessarily argumentative and stressful while I was standing at the front of the restaurant trying to leave with my child. I am an honest person & for one was not trying to take advantage or get over on the server & do not appreciate how the situation was handled. I even showed her the full cup & the remainder of the drink was left behind in the original glass on the table since it all could not fit! What made this more frustrating is there was a manager present who observed the whole interaction & did not step in until prolonged back & forth happened. She immediately removed the drink & returned with the check which goes to show this should of been the outcome from the start!!! To make matters worse, the server had further issues with the payment process at the front, causing additional delays while a different female manager had to step in to figure it out. By the time I was finally able to pay and leave, we were so far behind schedule that my daughter missed her class entirely. This experience was unnecessary & completely inappropriate!! I was understanding of the company policy & should of been given the same understanding in return as a mom trying to enjoy lunch with my kid!!! A guest should never be put in a confrontational position over policy, especially when a manager can resolve the issue immediately.

Our family visited Olive Garden 30 years . ago in another location. We were glad that Olive Garden is still around and well patronised. We were not disappointed. Good food, good service. My only criticism is that almost all dishes we ordered were too salty.
