What an awesome experience! This was by far our favorite restaurant experience while staying in Cody. The food was fantastic, the cocktails were delicious and the service was great! We shared several of the dishes. The wonton nachos were our favorite. So much flavor! The salads were fresh with plenty of toppings. The sesame dressing was flavorful. The deviled eggs were really good. The pasta tasted homemade. The portions were a decent size for a great price. We loved the hip vibe of the place, and the employees were all very friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Excellent vibe. Split the wanton nachos with my wife. Nachos were delicious. Also, I had the paper plane cocktail one of my favorites. Waitress was friendly and on top of it. We went back today’s later for the same thing. It was that good. Best place in Cody.

Have been staying in the area for about a week. This has become the “Go to” for me, and several of my workgroup. Upscale establishment with moderate pricing! Eclectic and varied menu to satisfy most diners. The Won Ton Nachos offer a pleasant twist to an old favorite, while the Steak Sandwich allows for a “Comfort Food” vibe for those so inclined. The Crab Cakes are especially of note.
I haven’t had anything on the menu so far, that I would hesitate to order again!

We would consider ourselves regulars at Blanca for the last year or so. We love the wings and I’m a margarita snob. I felt compelled to leave a review because last night Oct 1, yall had the A team working! Jayde and Alyssa made sure we had a seat quick, knew what drinks we wanted without asking. The wings were delicious, our meals were the best we’ve had yet! Alex and Ashley were working hard behind the bar and made our cocktails to perfection. We had to give the gals some recognition! We got to Cody and unbeknownst to us the park was closing that day. So we went from the airport to Yellowstone National Park after touring the park we were famished and headed back into Cody there we stayed at The scout Inn. We walked out and the Blanca Totonka was the first place we saw.
We were greeted by the tall drink of water that is the owner. We were quickly seated and the bar and enjoyed some of the most delicious food and drinks that we had that day. The Main Street that The bar sits on was closed that day due to trick-or-treaters. We had a front row seat to the best costumes

Food was some of the best I’ve ever had! The wanton nachos and waygu sliders were the ultimate. Service was not great as we had to flag the girl down even though she went to everyone else’s table around the bar area just to get boxes and a ticket.

Oh. My. Gosh. Don’t walk, run here if you are visiting Cody, WY this summer. This is not your usual steak and potatoes restaurant. Here they offer small plates and pizzas. The atmosphere is fantastic, the service is on point, and let me tell you…. I will be dreaming about their Bloody Mary deviled eggs. My husband and I each ordered a cocktail off the menu. Both were on point. Perfectly balanced. We then shared the deviled eggs and Wagyu sliders with goat cheese and bacon jam. We will be back for sure. So glad we are spending a few months here. Who knew Cody, WY boasted such a fantastic and eclectic restaurant!

It is hard to find a restaurant that takes as much pride in the food they prepare as here. Every dish was amazing and prepared with such detail. This was exactly what we were looking for in a dinner, the staff was wonderful, and drinks were perfect. Anytime we visit Cody, we will be back. Definitely would not pass on the opportunity to eat here again!

Stopped in for happy hour and Wednesday wing night. Had a SUPER friendly waitress(Alyssa). She was fun and had a GREAT time while we were there. Had some beers, wings(dry rubbed), fries and let the day pass us by. Sat in the bar with the garage doors open so we could watch traffic and people go by. They also have a patio area for outdoor seating. Would go back again! Very fun bar/restaurant!!
