This Starbucks is close to where I live. But I still go out of my way to another Starbucks or to their competitor Coffee Bean. Because they serve watered down drinks when they should be ice blended. Today I had to ask for them to redo my drink. While waiting I noticed how filthy the inside is. The backsplash doesn’t look like it’s ever been wiped down the floor doesn’t look like it’s ever been mopped and they just spill on the counters without taking the time to clean up. Thought I’d make a post add pictures and I will report it to Starbucks. Hopefully they care enough to get somebody to manage the place better and workers to care about what they’re serving.

I don’t usually write reviews because most Starbucks staff are friendly and accommodating. But something was off today at this place because the girl who took my order gave me an attitude about my green tea questions (it was 2, and they were follow ups). Then the guy who gave me my drink was equally unpleasant. Hope they have a better day tomorrow.

It’s been multiple occasions in where they forget to add MILK to my frappe. It just looks like shaved ice with syrup. They work at a very slow pace, even when full of customers. Need to be re trained.

Easily visible from the street. Located in shopping center. Coffee is what you expect from Starbucks. A fairly large and open seating area. Ambient music keeps the environment upbeat. Plenty of seating outside. Customer service is ok. There is also a drive thru.

This facility allowed a homeless lady to come in and harass the PAYING customers. This lady was inside demanding men to pay for her coffee. I witnessed several men say no and one particular man kept telling the lady to leave him alone while he was waiting in line. This went on for about 10-15 mins with this lady. When that man reached the cashier, he was asked by an EMPLOYEE if everything was ok, since she had been SEEING the interaction between this woman and others. He explained to the employee the situation and the employee just said “oh” not in a concerning way, not in a way where she was going to take action regarding this transient. She just shrugged it off. It wasn’t until this lady stated “if no one is going to help me out, I’m going to ruin everyone’s day” then proceeds to put her FINGERS in the drinks that were on the counter ready for the PAYING CUSTOMERS to pick up!!!! THAT was when the employee said no you can’t do that and then stated she would call the police. NOT ONCE DID THEY KICK THIS LADY OUT! This lady exited on her own free will! This is absolutely disgusting behavior from the employees as they saw this lady being a nuisance to their customers and still allowed her to harass the customers to the point where she decided to violate orders made. This could have been avoided if the employee would have kicked this lady out when they were informed about it. ONE OF THOSE DRINKS WERE MINE!!!!!

Remodeled Starbucks, with lively and friendly staffers. Near the city college, so it’s busy. I normally get a cup of regular coffee and enjoyed a nice sit. Plenty of parking with handicapped access on one side of the building. Upbeat atmosphere means refreshing java stop.

Employees are all very nice and professional. Lobby trash cans seem to be pretty full/overflowing 75% of the time I come here. I drop my boyfriend off work work nearby and we stop in here 2-4 times a week.
I like the staff, but I have sensitive teeth and have to ask for light ice or no ice in my drinks. I also just like being able to enjoy drinking the $6 drinks I pay for without loosing 1/3 of the drink to ice.

Today was the worst day yet.
Ordered a light ice grande Carmel macciato. Drank it on the drive home from dropping boyfriend off. Look down because it’s gone faster than usual. Half the cup, HALF is filled with ice. Today I was carrying several things so didn’t feel te weight if the cup like usual. I got half the drink I paid for. I wanted barely any ice. And since I drank it, I can’t very well return it for a new one.
It’s frustrating dealing with this consistently at this location, especially when we already are paying so much for coffees.
