Went to order takeout and it was quiet before lunch. The wait staff did not even acknowledge when I came in. She barely paid attention to me, and kept chatting on the phone (even while taking my order).
Wanted the mushroom Swiss smashed burger but was told they are out of ingredients. Finally ordered the American smashed burgers with fries. The food was good, but a lot to be desired on service.

My experience was awesome. Our waiter was knowledgeable and friendly. Our food came quickly, it was hot and delicious. Our entree was so good that I ordered an extra one to-go. Leslie gave us excellent customer service and we will be back again to dine at Ruby Tuesdays in Marietta, GA!

Learned that she was the Chef and my food was so good!!
Miss Diamond served me well and both ladies were very attentive. You MUST order the Bourbon salmon when Chef Bottoms is working!! Food was good!

My sister and I stopped in for lunch. Joe was there by himself being the host, waiter and bartender. He was gracious, patient and personable. I commend him on keeping it together handling all that pressure. He could of been rushed, harassed and mad. Our food took a min to come out but it was very good. The restaurant could of been cleaner and the bathroom was not dirty but it did not smell very good. I had the fried mushrooms, with grilled shrimp and scallopes with rice pilaf and broccoli. My sister had potato skins, ribs and broccoli. Our drinks were on point too!! Kudos to Joe, he deserves this recognition for his hard work during that lunch rush!!!

This location is to me kinda iffy since the pandemic. I only pass through from Emory to home 3hrs maybe once in a while last time was pandemic. The advertised specials are misleading it was not explained correctly so my $12 bill was $34
So it will be another 5 yrs before I go back server was young but courteous

I enjoyed the team at Ruby Tuesday. Ms. Rain, Ms. Diamond and the manager Ms Chris were very accommodating and professional. I was greeted when I came in and the service was excellent throughout. The food was good, the drinks were great. There service was very good and the manager was thoroughly involved in making sure service was top notch. Mission accomplished. This is the best Ruby Tuesdays I have ever been served in. These folks have it right. Use them as the model, and your business will be successful.

We wanted something new before making a 4hr trip back home and this was where we picked. I am so glad we picked this place. The food was amazing cooked perfectly to our order. The waiter Scotty was very kind n on top of his game. The best service we have received from any restaurant. I recommend him as your server if going.
