The staff is excellent here. Dana went above and beyond to assist us with our wine selection. The food was very good. They gave me a complimentary dessert for my birthday, which was a nice touch. Only recommendation I could make is for the kitchen staff to pay closer attention to the plates. They were not the cleanest. Would definitely recommend.

Order a to go for the first time since they added uber. Poor service and response, first as you can see from the photo, not everything was checked off and as you guessed I didn’t receive what was not checked. When called, I was politely told you didn’t pay for it so no problem. Actually you do pay for it. It is bundled into one price, it’s not free otherwise the entree would be the same price as the add on entree only that you offer right? Not the best way to handle that.

We regularly visit Olive Gardens in several states while traveling, and by and large, they are a good place to have a meal. This Olive Garden stands out above the rest however. This location is noticeably cleaner than many and looks well maintained. The hostest was friendly and efficient. We were greated and seated promptly, and our server, Jenni G. was fantastic. Jenni got us our meals quickly, continued to check on us to see what we needed, and was very friendly…all while juggling several other tables around us. Jenni G. made our dinner after a long day’s drive a 5 star experience!

I visited 2 days ago. Was one of our stop on our way home. We ask the server for a bottle of sparkling water. She bring 2 glasses with food recedue. When the manager came and ask how is everything i told her the issue and she reply to me (oh its water stain) and i show her the food recedue.she bring another glasses. And left. Never came back to check on us again. Than we have our soups. After finish them the server bring the main course and place it on the table. The soup cups dirty and still there. She bring another bread sticks and place the basket on top of the empty one. I dont think Darden deserve this kind of management and staff.

Olive garden has been a staple for us since I could remember, but never in my life time have I been inside an Olive Garden that has a visible mold problem & or has a strong smell of mold the moment you walk into the restaurant. This is a clear a health code violation & serious public health concern. Not only is the mold visible but also near the HVAC vents; this is a clear cross contamination risk & completely unsanitary. This restaurant should NOT BE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED!!

AMAZING!!!! After the lousy 2 Olive Gardens we’ve gone to, we almost gave up on any Olive Garden. I’m glad we decided to try this one. I strongly believe that it is the manager that makes or breaks a store. This manager truly cares about her store and her customers. She came around and made sure that we were happy! The other 2 Olive Gardens that’s weren’t good at all had NO manager check on his/her customers. I believe if the manager doesn’t care, the staff doesn’t care. And those are the restaurants that will close their doors.

We went here for a quick lunch stop. Both of us got the Endless Soup, Salad, and Bread Sticks. We chose the creamy chicken tortellini soup. Service was excellent. Our server was very friendly but I didn’t get her name. We only got seconds on the salad so our server gave us our seconds of soup and bread sticks to go. After traveling, we now have dinner for tonight.

I gave 3 stars because our waitress was really nice. The food was just ok. I got pasta with Alfredo sauce and it was just OK. The bread sticks we were served were hard as a rock. We couldn’t even eat them. When we first walked in, we were hit with an old musty or mildew smell most likely coming from their carpets since the whole restaurant is carpeted. It may be time for a professional carpet shampooing. There was also a creepy sign on the front door.

This is a very large Olive Garden and that’s in a good way. They have a separate bar area that has a nice relaxing feel and vibe. The menu has plenty of selections and with the endless pasta and salad bar selection there really is no reason to go anywhere else in Tiffton, plus the prices are reasonable.
Service was very friendly and welcoming and the manager as well. Great place to do in of your traveling on I75.
