You 3 times I’ve been here and only once the first time was it good.
2nd time the beans tasted either very old, or like someone did something to them before sending them out. I just threw them away.
This time they didn’t label the burritos and stuck the label to the bottom of the bag ♂️

I ordered a QUESADILLA PLATE, which like most plates from a Mexican spot comes with the rice and beans on the side. So, I do not understand how those rice & beans ended up on my quesadilla. If I wanted a burrito I would have ordered one. Extremely Irritating and I will not be returning to this location because of this idiotic mistake.

Tacos Gavilan is decent but feels pretty white-washed. The flavors are toned down and more commercial than traditional. It’s convenient, but it doesn’t hit the way real taco spots do.
I still prefer King Taco — even though it’s expensive, the flavor and authenticity are on another level.

I ask for a torta cubana – half of it didn’t come with Milanesa. When I ask for the manager he just mention that they only put a small portion but it was in the other half of the torta. Which doesn’t make sense. Bad customer service . Bad quality food.

First time here..ABSOLUTELY delicious. Good customer service, delicious food, well seasoned and you get all the toppings on the side already packaged for you…they even have fresh pinto beans for free. Everything is very fresh..On Tuesday they have tacos for a SPECIAL price…but just ordering 3 tacos I was able to make 6 tacos …chicken and carne asada. The waters are so cold and refreshing..my favorite is the delicious PINEAPPLE…squeeze some lime and add lemonade, delicious flavors combined. ❤

I love this food chain. The burritos have gone up in price but they’re still big, some places have made their food smaller portions but I’m glad they haven’t. This location didn’t have a child changing table in the bathroom that was the only thing I didn’t like. Food and environment was good, tv was on and you can see the traffic right outside the window, is relaxing. I’ll definitely be going back to this and other locations.
