The wraps were disgusting! Especially when I found a hair in one of them! The sauce isn’t distributed evenly, the meat is so old and unhealthy, it was completely unbearable, a complete waste of money! They also forgot to add another burger, so we had to go back to the register to tell the staff that they’d forgotten to add one. They advertised the Spicy Honey Wrap for Valentine’s Day, but when we tried it, there wasn’t a single gram of honey in it! They just put in some Chinese sour-sweet sauce! It was completely different from what their ad said! I don’t recommend this place.

Oh how i WISH i took photos of what my husband and i saw after we ordered our food.

first off, i had ordered a quarter pounder and when i opened it, it was not even a burger. the patty wasn’t even in the bread and everything was just smushed.

my husband and i went back in, we didn’t say anything but we just placed an order for another burger for me since i had the points and it was also very disappointing. i normally check my bag and open my food to make sure it’s the right thing. as soon as i opened my burger, there was a very long facial hair in my hamburger. it was absolutely atrocious.

i then ORDERED A THIRD burger in which i had just showed them and sent it back. the third burger also had hairs in it and i was absolutely disgusted.

i understand it’s fast food and that this isn’t 5 star food. BUT YALL, Please PLEASE PUT A HAIR NET OR SOMETHING TO COVER THAT BEARD. it was just absolutely disgusting.

Mcdonald’s will never be seeing me again

If I could leave NO STARS ⭐️ I WOULD. Don’t waste your money. Drive a minute down the road to Sonic. Hell you could even go across the street to Wendy’s . The food would be at the very least warm and taste better. My fries were old cold. The big Mac was cold to touch along with bread be stale. I check the Big Mac before I left the parking lot. Due I ordered without cheese.
Yes I could have got out of my car and went in. Didn’t want my new food to get spit on or be called a Karen. I will just leave a review. Fast food is not cheap any more. It would be nice to at the very least get warm food. Just a little advice don’t waste your time or money on this Location. Go somewhere else hell any where would be better!
Date of visit is November 29th at 7:52.

I went this morning at 5:30 am for a breakfast sandwich. The person taking orders at the drive-thru really needs to retake a customer service course. I could hear her sighing several times, implying impatience, while I was ordering. She also wanted me to order a drink when I clearly stated I only wanted the sandwich. I don’t know if she was the manager or just part of the team, but if she doesn’t like her job, she should find another one because impatience and a lack of tact are incompatible with a job where you have to deal with people.

Don’t bother mobile ordering. Even though your order says they are are preparing it they aren’t. They do drive through 1st. Order wasn’t brought out until 25 minutes after arrival. Funny EVERY car parked for mobile order didnt start getting g orders until they went in to complain.

Not 24 hours, we paid at the kiosk and were abruptly yelled at to leave because they weren’t open at 6:30 in the morning. The lady working was rude to us and even to the other employee working there and didnt care that we had just paid for an order. She just kept yelling that they were closed and to get out. Idk, if you like being treated less than and having your money stolen, come to this mcdonalds, its great for that. Also, 17$ for mid tier food, lost customers for life.

Mc. Donald’s may be the most loved fast food in the nation, but i recommend not going to the Clear Creek one unless you are someone living nearby and want a happy meal toy. Their burgers taste bland and their fries are rubbery. Wendy’s across the road taste WAY BETTER. And Customer service way better too. They forgot my fries then just threw a size small in there, even though i ordered a medium. But because my daughter had an appointment, I had to let it be. Look, I get the people are working minimum wage, and have to deal with karens, but they shouldn’t disrespect people who the only words spoken to them were “Excuse me, you guys forgot my fries. Can you please give me some?” Honestly, if you love Mc. Donald’s, I would go to the coppers cove one. But that one isn’t great either.

3 stars because it’s hit or miss. It’s like a box of nuggets. You never know what you’re going to get.
See this beautiful burger? It’s the new Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder. Fresh tomatoes, crispy lettuce, grilled patty. Looks good, but I ended up in the bathroom 3 times. Hit or miss.

Lady taking the order, rude. Lady handing the food, super kind. Hit or miss

Some days the fries are crisp and golden. Other days, soggy noodles. Hit or miss.

I’ve never eaten inside for fear of getting blocked in by the long drive-through lines or during lunch with the huge high school student waves.

I’ve only used the drive-through and only when I’m feeling lucky. There’s better McDonald’s in the area, but you might pick a good day. Be sure there’s a bathroom nearby.

Don’t even waste your time going into the lobby, especially on the weekend and if it’s after maybe 8:00. I placed a mobile order tonight ,and decided to go in because the drive-through was ridiculously long, which I expected for a weekend. I stood at the counter with two people who were there for DoorDash for over 10 minutes. Not one employee acknowledged us, although they were well aware that they had customers at the front counter. It was 3 in total who looked and ignored us.
One employee which I presumed to be the manager on duty, was also eating, while filling orders for the drive-through, also noticing us, and never saying a word!! I mean, at least say we will be right with you…something!!!
I asked the DoorDash guy if anyone had helped him yet and he said no. Finally, the other person said, excuse me, two or three times, and somebody finally came to the front counter. That person helped him, ignored the rest of us, and went back to help Drive-through. I do understand that McDonald’s can be very busy, but that does not mean you neglect your front counter, and your lobby.
Customer service tonight was horrible! This nighttime crew can stand to take some extra training, and saying hello, what was your order, or how can I help you, goes a long way.
And if management is going to eat in front of everybody, they could at least ask us what we need, or how we can be helped, at least give me my food, so I can eat too!
A young lady finally helped me, but completely ignored my question if they had anyone working the front counter, she wasn’t very friendly. She did not smile. She did not say thank you, you’re welcome, none of that. If you don’t have staff, then maybe you shouldn’t have your lobby open. Do better.
