This is very good food. I am from New Mexico and I was craving some food from back home. The flavors are very authentic. The only issue I have is that the food is not spicy. I’m accustomed to the burn your face off chile from back home but I understand that the local patrons here probably can’t handle the spice. Nonetheless, the food is very good and I highly recommend this place for lunch or breakfast.

Had food ready very quickly. Great customer service! Breakfast burritos were pretty good too. The sauce/salsa for the burritos used to be good but is terrible now. It’s just way too watery. Good experience besides that.

Beware that they do not take food off the bill no matter the reason… I ordered a flan that was very clearly not made on site nor was it fresh. They could not give a refund nor did they offer to exchange it. I will personally will say that as a Hispanic person myself – the food is very subpar and I would consider it fast food. Will not return and neither should you.

I have had the pleasure of enjoying Anita’s breakfast burritos at my job’s catered events but have recently visited this location on Sunday morning for breakfast.

I’ve found the venue to be not to crowded at around 11 to noon and usually get the burrito meal which serves a signature burrito with shredded hash browns and I get an extra side of refried beans.

They offer friendly and accommodating service. I asked for a plate of plantains, beans, and eggs that wasn’t on the menu. The waitress got me the “Centro Americano” which was the Plato tipico I desired.

The venue is kid friendly and the fair is very New Mexican and not Tex Mex. So you won’t find any horchata and rather you’ll find things smothered in beans and a signature sauce.

They offer a convenient kids’ menu and some American style dishes so you are likely to find something that meets the needs of your party at a very affordable price.

Love Anita’s and the breakfast burritos, but it’s obvious where they excel and where they fail super hard. Do not sit at the bar. Simple as that. They don’t have bartender or manager who cares enough to teach there staff. The idea that if you sit at the bar and don’t order food, signifies to them they have no obligation to come back because OBVIously you don’t want another drink or something crazy as having conversation. The staff mainly the waiters are trying there hardest or doing as they were told, just an obvious lack of leadership.i will cap this review with reminder your bar guests , table guests , and people picking up food should all be treated the same, it’s obvious the attention is paid in the kitchen not at the bar. So from now on if I ever step foot in Anita’s I will sit at table wait to be greeted than move to the bar. lol only to be forgotten in theory….anyways maybe I’ll just stick tot he burritos from now on.

Haven’t been here in a while. The food was ok. We had some wings. Which did not have much flavor. I am not sure what the red sauce is in the wings. I ordered one meat taco. The grease soaked through the taco shell before it got to the table. I also had some sort of pulled pork. Very greasy. It was not my favorite. We also had the loaded pulled pork nachos. Which were ok. The atmosphere was ok. Service for us was slow. Appeared to be a large party that kept the Server preoccupied.

Frozen succotash used for the vegetable fajita. God awful. The salsa accompanying the complimentary chips is watered down. Came back 4 days later with about a dozen softball-playing seniors at 1:20 and they were overwhelmed. Didn’t seem happy to have the business! No signs of any service after sitting in the bar area for 19 minutes, so we left with no plans of ever returning.

I’ve heard for an inexpensive, tasty breakfast, the local Anita’s chain is worth checking out. Overall, it didn’t disappoint. We were tempted to do takeout, but the morning was quiet so we sat down for breakfast. I didn’t know quite what to expect for the size, so I went with three burritos which worked out well. I had the basic BB, the Big Guy, and the Adovado. Big Guy might have been my favorite, though I’d love to try more of their options.

Meeting a co worker in the area I decided to come here for breakfast. Service was great. Free wifi so I got some emails and work done. Food came out fresh! I’ll be back soon.

Food is great! The carryout portions aren’t worth the price. Definitely dine in if you want the full meal.
