This is a subpar place to get a variety of foods. It’s very much a diner style type of place but mediocre. The hash browns tasted like they were straight of the freezer. The food was perfect temperature. The sirloin steak was cooked with perfection with mediocre seasoning. The egg white omelette was cooked perfectly and may have been the best thing we ordered. If you do like a good milkshake, they had your essential flavors with what appeared to be have fresh strawberries. The blueberry pancakes were on point. The waitress was a bit slow and mindless for checking on us and making orders but did do an excellent job getting our order right once she did take the order.

The Waitress was very helpful and personable she answered all our questions and even took pictures for our family photo! She delivered our food in a timely manner and even got my kids the most delicious pie! It would have made Dean Winchester absolutely happy!

Despite our previous visits, the establishment has consistently provided exceptional breakfast and we have loved our servers in the morning. However, we strongly advise against dining during the afternoon or evening hours. A few weeks ago we tried coming in around 8pm for a late night dinner and we were repeatedly informed that all menu items we kept trying to order were only available until 7:00 PM. If this policy is indeed in effect, it would be nice to consider offering a special late-night menu so there is no confusion with customers.
Tonight, we returned to the restaurant with our kiddos for coffee and shakes. While we attempted to be accommodating given the observance of Thanksgiving Day, the service was unfortunately subpar. The manager informed us of the restaurant’s closing being within the hour, and we had anticipated ordering promptly so as to not bother them. Regrettably, we were subjected to a ten-minute wait without any staff attending to our orders. The manager ultimately had to request that a member of the staff check on our table and get our orders going due to them wanting to close.
Despite spending $70 on 4 coffees and shakes, we were met with dismissive attitudes and annoyance by our server when we requested a refill on the coffee. If they had such a long busy day they could have let us know upon entering that they were hoping to close early and we would have just gone elsewhere. Definitely disappointing and will probably not be coming back aside from for breakfast.

The husband and I wanted to go out for Valentine’s Day. We figured 4 pm would be a good time to beat the rush. Every where we tried was super busy. We pulled into Shari’s and the parking lot was empty. Should have been our first clue. My husband ordered a cheese burger and loaded fries. He said mayo only on the burger. The burger came dry with no mayo and the plate was dirty. It had crusted mustard on the plate. He said the fries tasted like they put cheese on top and microwaved them. He didn’t eat the burger and had one bite of the fries. I had the chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and fries. The chicken fried stake was good but the mashed potatoes and fries were cold. Shari’s ruined my Valentine’s Day. My husband was in a very bad mood for the rest of the night.

Went on Valentine’s Day and was the BEST rare cooked simple steak meal we have had in all of Twin Falls. Definitely unexpected! Buttery tender juicy and cooked perfectly inside and out. We ordered another steak alone its was delicious!

Horrible service. The GM came in and was very rude. She gave dirty looks. GM had her food made before customers. I waited more 30mins and still no food. I had to keep asking for coffee. I finally walked out after waiting for my food with no apologies, no explanation , nothing of what the wait was. Just straight out rude and unprofessional. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE PLACE

It was all a pretty good experience. The waiter was really nice and friendly. Food was brought out quicker than before. My kids food was split into two plates which was proactive. Food was pretty good. Cooks forgot bacon on my burger, my wife’s sandwich was hard and crusty to eat, and our daughter omlet had onions that I had asked to remove. Pies were good! We would definitely come back!

Stuffed hash browns were great. We ordered two sides of biscuits and gravy showed up at the table cold. We also ordered coffee which was burnt and cold. Our waitress decided that it was a good time to vacuum right next to our table for our entire visit. Breakfast at the Maverik store has this place beat tenfold!
