It had been 52 weeks since I had Panera and this location persuaded me to return and try their menu offerings; old and new!
I chose a healthy & heartwarming lunch with a bowl of autumn squash soup, a cranberry-walnut chicken salad sandwich—which consisted of chicken, dried cranberries and walnuts, mixed with creamy dressing and topped with crisp mixed greens and vine-ripened tomatoes (leave it out, please) on sourdough—plus a bag of baked potato chips and a big chocolate chip cookie.
They must have done a refresh and I couldn’t be more pleased to give them another chance. Everything was creamy delicious, the service was superb, and I was satisfied that even ordering in on a newly-retired income didn’t break the bank!

We arrived today at 8:10 p.m. expecting to have a normal dinner, and the experience was extremely unpleasant. As soon as we walked in, a young man wearing a red sweater, with no visible identification, who claimed to be the manager, spoke to us in a very rude manner and told us that we could only order takeout because they wanted to leave early.
It is unacceptable that in a place like Panera Bread someone is working without any identification and, even worse, with such a bad and unprofessional attitude. Customers should never be made to feel like they are an inconvenience. It is not the customer’s problem that the staff wants to close early.
The way we were treated was disrespectful and completely inappropriate. It ruined the entire visit and reflects very poorly on how this location is being managed. If that person truly is the manager, this store has a serious problem with leadership and customer service.

I know that the cost of everything has gone up…but this is outrageous!
Almost $ 10 for damn bowl of soup!
And to throw salt in the wound, they give it to me with a bowl that is only filled halfway!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Panera Bread.
We placed seven orders, and two people never received their sandwiches out of the five that were ordered. After waiting over two hours, we were still missing food. This is completely unacceptable, especially for an online order that should be straightforward.
When we spoke with the so-called manager, Rudolph, his solution was for us to come back and pick up the sandwiches after they had already been sitting there for hours. No urgency, no accountability, and no real attempt to correct the mistake in a reasonable way.
This level of service is disappointing and unprofessional. Time was wasted, food was mishandled, and the response from management made the situation worse instead of better. I do not recommend this location.

Arrived at 9am and only had a choice of 2 kinds of bagels. They were completely sold out. Ordered a bagel and hot tea. The hot water was empty of the tea. Waited 10 minutes and decided to ask to change for coffee. The girl behind the counter says to me I’m not burning myself for you. Why the comment when I just asked can I change for coffee. I needed a new cup cause I put honey in my other cup. She slams the cup down here you go. Very very rude. I will not be coming back here. Too many other places around that will appreciate the business and understand customers give them a job.

I have eaten at other Panera stores and everything was fine, we were far from the city so we saw this store and went in. The cashier took the wrong order, the food was in hard pieces. Lettuce in whole pieces. We ordered food for a vegetarian person exactly cream of broccoli and it had pieces of pink meat. The manager says it’s weird that they don’t know where it came from. Bad experience. I hope I don’t have to go to the hospital.

Big plus for me that the AC works very gently, not too cold, very comfortable to sit and enjoy kinda coffee (espresso good though) and breakfast ( I like steel-cut oatmeal anyway)
But this place is really feels poor, people for sure hate the job there, mostly dirty environment , and the service pretty slow

My son Uber ordered chicken noodle soup for me as part of his order. Ordered a cup for $8.99. No noodles. Two small pieces of chicken, two carrots, just broth for $8.99. I also had the squash soup which was fine. He had sandwich and chili. Don’t know if they were any good
