UPDATE: Manager Stephanie called back within 24 hours wanting to correct the situation and apologizing on behalf of a new employee. She is going to remake the sandwich for me with no charge.
Ordered a foot long tuna made tonight and delivered by DoorDash. 1 smear of tuna on half the sandwich, 2 half slices of amer. cheese and one sprinkle of lettuce. Called and the gentleman working tonight did not answer the phone professionally and told me I had to contact the Walmart theyre in for a manager. Called Walmart and the woman that answered said he “doesnt know his job” and that they have nothing to do with the Subway. She was nice enough to take my name down and # for the Subway manager to call back. So let’s see if I can positively update this soon. I took a picture to show her as proof. Won’t let me post here.

Very clean, organized, everything was fresh & the two young men making the sandwiches were very friendly & professional! They put all their effort into the food and it came out perfect, no mess at all. Nothing was falling out of the sandwiches unlike other subways which allowed me to neatly enjoy my meal

Usually get good service here when the boys are there, went yesterday and a lady was serving, she was on her phone the whole time she served the gentleman infront of me, she held on to the conventional oven while it toasted the sandwich, i was next… she didnt seem to be in the mood to work… i guess were all entitled to uave a bad day.. hope it changes soon or i wont be back … theres always the WAWA next door or the SUBWAY in the WALMART.. they are always in a good mood to make you a sandwich

I don’t know what is going on with Subway lately but this one and the one in Broadheadsville are barely putting anything on their sandwiches. Meat is pretty much nonexistent anymore and the veggies are hit or miss, you practically pay for the bun. Even so I didn’t order mine toasted and I’m pretty sure it wasn’t but it was pretty flipping hard. Not worth the money spent there anymore.

We were there July 13 2024 at 12:45pm to order lunch.and when we had went to order for the second time they refused to serve us there were 2 guys in store and how they served us no one aspects this kind of behavior and should’t deserve this behavior too.there are so rude with their foul language and rude behavior when we were simply pay trying to play for food. Because of this behavior some of our families children could not get to eat . With this type of behavior can really cause a downfall in this company . This was so disrespectful that we had to we call the 911 and figure this out with the servers. Truly recommend to not come to this particular subway .( This is for the boss if you see this and don’t believe it there was cameras and you can check them.)

My son went to pick up 5 footlong sandwiches today with 2 coupons they don’t honor. They made my sandwich wrong so, I called to let them know. I talked to a very nasty person. He said what do you want me to do, I said I would like to be credited for a new sandwich do to their mistake. He hung up on me and then wouldn’t answer the phone. The kicker though is when I pulled this up to comment I see they have a special right now buy one footlong and get one free!!!He refused the coupons and then didn’t even give him the special for their horrible food! They are rude and obnoxious. Not only that, they handed my son bags and Sharpee and told him to put them in the bag and label them! What the hell is going on here with this business! Don’t bother with this one for sure!!

Honestly, shocked to read the reviews below. I typically don’t leave reviews for big box fast food, but I felt compelled to do so here because the service was so good! I wish I got the name of the staff that helped me. If it helps, I was there September 25th at noon. They were very friendly and efficient. The lady was so nice, even offering to make the bread extra crispy. Very positive energy.
