I want to commend one of your cashiers this afternoon who provided truly exceptional service during my visit today. I regret that I did not catch her name, but she is an older woman with short blonde hair.

My order had already been prepared and was ready for pickup, but the staff at the front counter did not acknowledge customers who were waiting. There was a person who appeared to be a manager standing nearby. Despite clearly seeing customers waiting at the counter, this person also ignored us and did not provide any assistance.
As a result, I had to wait unnecessarily even though my order was already completed. This behavior was unprofessional and disappointing, especially from someone who seemed to be in a supervisory role.
I hope this issue can be addressed and that staff members receive proper training on customer service and responsibility.

This McDonald’s has the worst drive thru. They can never get your order right: it’s the absolute worst. You get instructed to park and somehow they still screw up. They have literally given our order to someone else our last 3 visits. You want to save time don’t go here.

I went to pick up my order, and the experience was very disappointing. The manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping or explaining anything politely, they spoke with a bad attitude and made the situation uncomfortable. Customer service like this is unacceptable, especially from a manager. I do not recommend this location if you expect respectful service.

Very fast, professional, friendly and honest crew! I recently overpaid by about 40$ by not paying attention to bills handed to Drive-thru cashier and even said no to receipt! ♂️I noticed when I got home the mistake I made.Went back through Drive-thru explained my mistake and was quickly reimbursed and in a very understanding manner! I recently visited the McDonald’s at 7527 Laguna Blvd, Elk Grove, CA 95758, and had an extremely disappointing experience. The manager, who claimed to be in charge, gave me the wrong order. When I tried to explain the issue, instead of listening, she started yelling at me. To make matters worse, when the bag fell, she refused to give me my correct order and insisted I had to pay again. Her attitude was completely disrespectful, and she kept repeating, “I am the manager,” as if that excused her behavior. I was treated unfairly and will not be returning to this location. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

Unless you’re in a hazmat suit avoid this place. The staff was useless and the manager refused to have anyone clean. Instead he sat around laughing with the line crew. I would say use drive through if you had to, but even that’s tempting contracting a virus.
