This location used to be great. Went there this evening for dinner to check out the new building and was very disappointed. It is now so much smaller, and there is no customer service. Ketchup dispenser was empty, no napkins. Two employees standing around talking (and swearing throughout the conversation)…what are they being paid for? This is not a family atmosphere. We had our children with us and we should not have to hear this kind of talk. Then our food comes and that was a story in itself. Drinks not full, fries not full, and our snack wraps had barely anything on them…I rarely complain about restaurants, but this location has just gone downhill. We watched the employees who were “working” drop paper on the floor, and then look at it and leave it there… terrible experience this evening. Sad part is, no matter how many negative reviews are left, nothing will change. Prices will continue to go up, and work ethics will continue to go down.

I don’t usually go to this location but I was hungry late at night so I got some delivery and this was the location that was automatically chosen for me. First things first I got myself a small latte with whipped cream which is an extra 39 cents which is fine, however, when I received my order the latte was not stirred (the vanilla syrup was still sitting at the bottom of the cup) and there was no whip. There was also absolutely no cheese on the cheeseburger I got which was disappointing to find. The thing I find most frustrating is that there is no easy way to contact McDonald’s about the issue because everything I find tells me to contact my door dasher even though it was in no way their fault for the way the order was. Anyway, I don’t recommend this location, it seems like there is a lack of proper management and if you want your food to be the way you ordered it, this isn’t the place.

This new style McDonalds is like if Covid-19 were a fast good joint. Even my 8 year old said it was weird. They did not have a menu to look at. The customer is expected to navigate finding and placing their own order, manage payment, and solve problems on their own. Then everyone gathers around a hole in the wall where they bark out order numbers. The walls, floor, and tables are hospital grey. My kids are asking to take them to a different location because this place is “no fun” and they haven’t even finished their burger. Just when we had hope that they colorful, fun, 80s-90s theme was coming back… they model McDonalds like a turnpike bathroom.

I’d like to start with saying I should have looked at recent reviews before coming to this location. My experience was identical to many others. I placed my curbside order and arrived at 7:25, we waited almost 30 minutes to get our order seeing people arrive after us and leave before us. After receiving our food we realized that it must have been sitting around awhile before it was brought out to us. Everything was cold. I then walked in to see if I could get fresh food but no one would even acknowledge my existence. The workers were cursing at each other and it just seemed extremely mismanaged. After waiting inside for 10 minutes we left. I’d rather reheat the food at home than be at McDonalds for a total of over an hour for 4 sandwiches and a medium fry. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. 0 Stars!!

This may be the slowest McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to. I’ve tried to order for here twice since they renovated. Once in person, once in the app for pick up. Both times I’ve waited for 30+ minutes. Do yourself a favor and take the time to drive to the next McDonald’s, you will get your food faster.

Well, on the way to my tennis tournament and used drive-through to pick a quick breakfast sandwich, egg cheese on a biscuit. Originally, the order was placed with bacon, and then on the window, they were able to fix it. Great staff assistance there kudos. The drive-through payment person is very friendly and nice.
Even though the lines are long, they serve it fast !!

We had ordered in the parking lot sitting next to other cars there well before our arrival. About 20 minutes after we had ordered, a young man from 2 cars over went inside. Once he got his food, he came out and let us know that it was a real mess in there. He had already been waiting in the parking lot over 40 mins before he went in. The guy next to us was there over an hour. Now, I will give them credit that they are training an entirely new crew of staff, so falling behind, mess ups during a busy period I can see. But these wait times were ridiculous. Not just that, but we ordered 4 spicy chickens plain and a double cheese burger plain. Only 3 of the spicy chickens were correct, and the double cheese burger was wrong as well. I can get messing up special orders, but how hard is plain, I mean really… some if this is just pure common sense and shouldn’t need to be taught. I understood and understand entirely the frustrations of the managers training this new team. But maybe an entire new team at one time isn’t a good idea as it really reflected poorly in how they were functioning as a team and their quality of satisfaction.

This location has all the charm of a prison visiting room. I used to eat here occasionally for lunch, get out of the office and maybe just for the nostalgia. I visited once since the rebuild. If you tend to avoid personal interactions and a drab grey color palette you may enjoy your visit here

First time eating “in” since their new construction. ITS TINY. My family of 4 went during later lunch hour (2pm) and we saw NUMEROUS customers either- not finding their own table get up and leave, older/non tech-savvy people having issues ordering due to kiosks and try to talk to someone at the front, DoorDashers wait ridiculously long and not know where to go, multiple people constantly looking for an employee to reach at the front desk to try and get something as simple as napkins or ketchup. It’s a mess, and I feel bad for both employees and customers but I hope they are able to work out the issues soon! Our food was good and everything was correct though.

This McDonald’s location was my favorite in the area until it was rebuilt. Today was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had! There were about 30 people in the dinning area (which is entirely too small) we waited for over 30 minutes, the girl who sat our food on the shelf had no customer service skills and did not give us our drinks until 20 minutes after that. the set up is awful. Almost the entire establishment is a kitchen where the customers have no access to the employees or any visuals of the preparations of the food. There were no straws available , no dipping sauce for our nuggets or ketchup. I’ve never been so disappointed in McDonald’s. We couldn’t even speak to anyone for a refund bc the girl said they were too busy and there was only one manager. I will never go back and I suggest going to the McDonald’s on Esbenshade Rd. The service is very accommodating and professional.
