Breakfast ends at 11 AM. I did a mobile order at 10:55 AM for a breakfast item and the lady working the drive-through came to my car and got onto me saying that I need to in the future order at 10:50 if I want breakfast, not five minutes before breakfast ends didn’t appreciate the attitude. I never complain and I understand people go through a lot working fast food however if breakfast ended at 10:50 AM or 10:55 AM they need to put that on the app. Don’t blame the customers for it.

I’ve never been to a Whataburger before and decided to go on a recommendation. Needless to say, it did not meet the expectation that was described to me. First, let me say thank you for the free honey butter chicken biscuit. It was okay as it was not hot when I received it. Second, I ordered a number one without lettuce and pickles with a half and half tea and let me say how disappointed I was when I received it. The burger was made correctly, yet I received it cold. The fries were lukewarm and I didn’t receive any napkins in the bag. When the server brought me my food, he didn’t have my tea, so I had to wait for him to return inside the building to get my tea, and it was after I had asked him where my tea is. When I received my tea, it barely had any ice in it and tasted like the tea had been made with too much water. The customer service and atmosphere was okay, but none of what I experienced gave me the “WOW” factor. Everything was subpar at best, despite the recommendation I got for it. Now, I’m not going to completely write off trying another Whataburger because this one was a bust, but I won’t be visiting this one a second time. Maybe the next Whataburger I visit will bless me with a more positive experience. I’m big on first impressions and this location failed at impressing me on all fronts and I can’t recommend anyone eat at this particular Whataburger. The server was sweet, but just sweet. The rest was just… ehhh.

Very bad experience! We ordered a standard #7 and a standard #8 with Sweet Teas – nothing fancy. We were in the outside lane. 6 cars that were behind us were served before us (with more people and bigger bags, inside lane). We waited about 15 minutes while watching everyone else get served. Asked for ketchup, but received none. Fries were cold. No Napkins. Jr Burger only had mustard, and was labeled as such. This was our 2nd experience like this at this Whataburger (we waited 20 minute last time). Avoid this Whataburger.

doordashed a #2. i’m only 1.3 miles away from the store. driver came straight here not wasting any time. the burger was almost stone cold and tasted nothing like a normal whataburger

I was just trying to enjoy my lunch today when a man walked in and started complaining… and not normal, understandable complaints. I’m talking complaints that had absolutely nothing to do with the company—like he woke up and chose chaos.
The manager with the British accent deserves an award, a raise, and maybe even a national holiday. The way she handled him? Pure elegance. Meanwhile, I was sitting there thinking, “Lord knows I would’ve lost my job today dealing with that!”
She is amazing, this location is amazing, and honestly… I’d come back just for the show.

ATTENTION MANAGERS, This is the 3rd experience I’ve had at the same location (by the TX Speedway). I had enough, and I’m posting my complaint. After calling to complain, you are not hearing my voice, so this time, I’ll make my statement here. The eggs were burned, crunchy & greasy. The bacon tasted like it was not cooked. The hashbrown were hard and overly cooked. I would love to train your employees how to cook if you’re unable to do it. I have not experienced Whataburger being this horrible. How are fries cold at 9 am when they’re cooked fresh then waiting on the food for more then 10 min after they said it would be done on the app given the fact it was chicken but on the app it shows up before we get to the store no reason for cold fries and a 15 min wait time at 9 am

The establishment should install a display screen that clearly shows the items ordered by customers. This would prevent the occurrence of order discrepancies, which have been a recurring issue for me. While I do not typically write reviews due to the minor nature of these problems, they have reached a point where I feel compelled to address them.

Bought me a breakfast burger open the bag and unwrapped it and this is what it look like somebody just smashed it with their hand or step on it, they have poor service there. I went there to get a chocolate malt and they have no chocolate malt i’m very disappointed. I spend my money there I expect excellent service there. I’m disgusted way my breakfast burger looks.

The staff was very friendly however they gave us all the wrong condiments. I had to go back to get the correct sauces. I ordered coke-a-cola but it tasted like chery coke and Dr. Pepper mixed together. The burger was very salty. The only good thing here the fries.
