I just ordered an apple pie and a strawberry cream pie. They’re supposed to be hot, it even says it on the box. Nope they gave my mine straight from the refrigerator. The boxes still had a chill on them. Not even an attempt was made to make them hot. That’s the manager on duties fault. If you don’t care get another job!
UPDATE: I get a response from the owner that says use this link to contact customer care and of course the link doesn’t work. This McDonald’s has terrible reviews and just doesn’t care. The Board of Health is the next step. Let’s see if the OWNER cares then.

The McDonald’s located at 10785 W Olive Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345 has the potential to be a strong location, but the current reliance on technology has significantly diminished the overall customer experience. I work in the area and visit this restaurant frequently, as do many of my coworkers, and the feedback is consistently the same. Despite being renovated in 2025 and converted into a more automated, kiosk-focused restaurant, service has become slower rather than more efficient. The technology appears to reduce human interaction at critical moments, leaving customers without assistance when kiosks malfunction, orders are delayed, or mistakes occur. Long wait times have become the norm, even during non-peak hours, and order accuracy has noticeably declined. During the holiday season, promotional items such as the Grinch Happy Meal for adults were often unavailable after extended wait periods, which added to customer frustration. When food is finally received, it is frequently cold or incorrect, further highlighting gaps in coordination between digital ordering and kitchen execution. Automation should enhance speed and accuracy, but at this location it seems to have created disconnects in communication and accountability. A stronger balance between technology and customer service would greatly improve operations, including more visible staff support in the dining area, clearer communication when items are unavailable, and better quality control before orders are handed off. This McDonald’s functioned more effectively when there was a greater human presence guiding the experience. Technology is a valuable tool, but it cannot replace attentiveness, efficiency, and accountability. With thoughtful adjustments and a renewed focus on customer service, this location could significantly improve going into 2026 and better meet the expectations of guests who rely on McDonald’s for quick, reliable service.

This McDonald’s is closest to my house but it does not taste the same as the one on olive and 91sy Ave. Today the food was fresher the fries got and not hard. I wonder if it’s new owners or management?? How wonderful for me that it’s also open 24hrs now. Love this!!

This is the very worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I placed a mobile order 30 minutes ago and have been waiting on it and when I called them about 5 minutes ago they informed me that it’s on their list of orders to make but there were just more orders ahead of mine meanwhile I have seen 10 people go through the drive-thru and get their food. These people that work here make this not fast or convenient so if you have other things to do, this isn’t the fast food you should choose.

A lot of negative reviews are the result of pure impatience on people now. These girls were trying. Not everyday will be perfect. My order was fine. Did I wait. Yes but they were swamped. The girls handled the complaints with professionalism and made it right. Keep it up! Everyone needs to learn to calm down.

I absolutely love this McDonald’s! It is freaking beautifully clean inside. The service inside is top tier. I don’t care what none of these negative reviews say, I have always had good service with them. And exceptionally good food. And the gentleman in charge of the bingo is amazing. My kids were able to win some pretty cool prizes. Great job, homies!

Usually get consistant good service/food until this morning new girl or different shift, she skipped me twice put me behind two big orders I just ordered two sausage mcgriddles , then I get my food and they put the wrong egg on the mcgriddles they were gross and threw then away. Waste of time and money

I just want to thank the manager that was working tonight. I expressed my disappointment with the lack of customer service from a couple of her employees and we asked for a refund … She didn’t argue with us and said she would get to the bottom of it and address the issue with her employees… She even gave us the food for free ( we ended up giving it to a homeless person nearby) .. I felt like she listened to us and was determined to correct the problem .. thank you again …

Why does the McD’s near me have to suck so bad?!?!? Slow service, wrong and missing orders, “that item is not available right now”, “pull over and wait”, exc, exc, exc! I got the McFlurry for the first time in years – now it’s just a cup of vanilla with bits put on top. Are all McDonald’s this bad? 38 minute wait for a big mac meal on a Monday at 4pm.
