I visited Church’s Texas Chicken at about 13:00 in Gainesville, Georgia, and I was very satisfied with my experience. I ordered the combo of 4 pieces of chicken with jalapeño bread and spicy sauce, and the speed was impressive: my order was ready in less than 3 minutes. The chicken was delicious, crispy, well done and with an incredible flavor. The attention of the staff was excellent, very friendly and warm. The place is only to take away, but if you are looking for a quick and tasty chicken, this is the ideal place. Totally recommended.
The price for the 4 pieces of chicken was 8.50. It seems extremely cheap to me if we take into account the price-quality ratio.

I enjoyed finding this place and look forward to visiting again. There was one error that was corrected immediately. They gave me a small okra when I ordered a large. Taken care of immediately upon report. I am glad I checked before leaving otherwise who knows.
Overall a good eating experience. What was nice is adding the left overs to the air fryer the next day.

Excellent restaurant to share a meal and enjoy their delicious dishes.
The chicken was crispy and delicious, this is my second time trying their amazing chicken, and I will definitely be back whenever I can. I highly recommend it, I know you won’t regret it.

We haven’t eaten at Church’s in a hot minute (normally eat at other chicken spots). Glad we decided to give it another shot because it was bussin as my sons say. Really, the food was great. The biscuits were amazing. The price is reasonable. We will definitely return.

Silvia was so kind it was hot day out and made sure my fur baby had ice cold water. I felt so bad it was so hot inside. This restaurant needs to get their employees some AC! The entire visit was sketchy and an online order took over an hour after I arrived. The food was cold and when they finally brought it out one of the young men kept asking me come back into the restaurant to act like I was mad.. it was a very uncomfortable experience. I had my husband on the phone he couldn’t believe what he was hearing and was telling me he was cmg up there that an order that was placed on line at 4:40 and still was not ready at 5:40… several customers came in, ordered, got food and left and I was still there! It was a large order and was told would be ready at 4:58! Cold and was not good …$95 wasted

They won’t even acknowledge customers unless you’re Hispanic or complain about tbe service. I’ve been here twice to pick up orders and was ignored for 15+ minutes both times. Neither orders were ready in time either. Who knows how long I would’ve been stuck here if I didn’t say something?
Oh and one of the employees sneered at my girlfriend for parking in the disabled spot despite having a legitimate parking placard.

I haven’t been to this location in about a year. Today 11/11/25 after work i decided to stop by and look at their family meal specials. A young man named Eduardo was working the front counter. He was extremely polite and professional, he mentioned the family meal deals to me. Eduardo also informed me that they now serve butter biscuits. I placed my order, and was thanked for coming by. Eduardo and his coworkers really offer excellent customer service.

So, I’m updating my review. It’s a slight drive to go to, but I simply LOVE their fried chicken. For the past handful of times I’ve gone, I get the 10 pc leg & thigh. Even better, the 10 pc with 2 large sides. But…where the heck are their honey biscuits at this location?! I mean, I’d rather not get the rolls they sub for. They stale up if you don’t eat them the same day . Just sayin’.
