We had a fantastic experience at Texas Roadhouse! My husband, two older kids and I came in Monday around 4:00. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was lively and welcoming.
Our server, Amber, truly made the night exceptional. She was friendly, attentive, and incredibly efficient without ever making us feel rushed. She kept our drinks refilled, checked in at just the right times, and made sure everything came out exactly as we ordered. It’s clear she takes pride in what she does, and it absolutely showed.

Was there for over 1 hour 45 minutes. Added additional dinner and it took 30 minutes to get. Spoke with Owner Christian about not having Birthday song for grandkids and it only happened as we got up and left. Too busy but only place for a decent steak, be prepared to wait. Server was very friendly. Rib-eye was good.

Take the 5 stars with a grain of salt. Texas Roadhouse is the best of the mid-quality chain steakhouses and the one in Steubenville has never failed us. Services is always good, food quality and quantity is great, and the wait is not usually out-of-control-long. When the whole family wants steaks, this is usually our choice. I will say that their blooming onion is not as good as Outback’s and not worth ordering. It always seems undercooked. That’s my only complaint.

Lovely service!!! Steak was done perfectly, not a long wait since me & my grandma went in early Saturday. My grandma was having a hard time with a digital coupon code, and our server DAISY did an absolute amazing job as well as her manager. They were both incredibly sweet and gave us 10% off since our coupon didn’t go through. Lovely ladies and very good atmosphere. I come here a lot and have always loved it.

When you go to Texas Roadhouse you assume to get the same food the same service and the same atmosphere. In Steubenville it never misses.
My opinion the bone in 20oz ribeye is unmatched but I’ve done with numerous people who get other items and have zero complaints. Consistency is key.

I don’t think I have ever truly been disappointed at Texas Road House. I gave the food 4 stars because even with the sour cream my baked potato was very dry. I did not have to wait for a table because we checked in online. They texted when we were up. We walked in and were immediately led to our table.

We stopped by on a Tuesday evening, jumping on the waitlist at 7:38pm. We were sat and ordered drinks. No butter was brought with the rolls, so we asked for some. Ordered food (two salads, two kids meals and 1 shrimp dinner) and waited. We gave up waiting on the butter and just went and grabbed some ourselves, then we waited.. and waited more. Finally after almost an hour we asked for her to check to see where our food was- she went into the back and came out and tried the old “your food was just being finished up when I went back there!!”. So in the first touch of the shrimp- cold. Veggies, cold. That was remade. Salad was ordered with no croutons, it had some on it, but luckily it wasn’t an allergy or anything, just don’t like them and picked them off. Boxes were dropped off and then nothing was pre-bused at all, all large plates still on the table. All said and done it was a $90 check for a server who seemed to forget about us. It was frustrating.

I ordered the takeout for the window, mainly because I didn’t want to drag my kids out in the cold and can run up and grab it and still see my vehicle.
So closing your window because it’s cold is very inconvenient for us mothers because it’s cold. If fast food workers can work a drive through window all season, then why have the takeout window at Texas Roadhouse.
Next time I’ll call before placing an order. Lesson learned. Texas Roadhouse can’t handle to go orders in the cold.
