After sitting there waiting for my order for what felt like a life time, completely ignored by staff as they locked eyes with me several times. I finally mentioned that I’d been waiting a long time for my order (something that I hate doing) the guy looked at me surprised, turned around and grabbed my order that I knew had been sitting there ignored, like me, for close to ten minutes. Probably because someone else shoved it to the corner when it was finished instead of putting it where they were supposed to. I mentioned that I saw it sitting there for several minutes and must be cold by now. Instead of offering to make a fresh batch he just shoved my bag in my face and said “sorry”. I ordered a latte at the first window and paid for it. At the second window they told me the coffee machine was broken. Instead of the latte, they gave me a terrible black coffee with no taste at all. They also refused to give me a refund.

The service was awful and there was clearly no communication between the employees. The staff are standing just a few feet away from each other — one person takes the order while the other doesn’t even know that they can’t make the drinks because their machine is broken.

A Friday at 5pm it’s busy I get it however there is one thing that will ruin a near perfect visit and that is… no salt on fresh cook fry’s. The first thing I do when I get my bag and I’m pulling out of the drive thur is grab a bundle of fry’s and cram them into my mouth. It doesn’t matter how fast how fresh how friendly every thing is when there is no salt on the fry’s come on. Have a crew meeting every 3 months or whatever and take one minute and drive home salt the fry’s better yet cook up some fresh fry’s and make the crew eat them with no salt that’s what my manager did 30 years ago and u know what i didn’t let fry’s drop in that bin without gettting oh my I can’t believe I even rant about this crazy just salt the fry’s every time all the time.

We had our online order sent to the wrong location and they we’re great about making sure we still got our food with no problem and they were very quick about it. It was 7:30 AM. Very impressed! Would recommend!

Never had issues with this McDonald’s until today. Cold fries, asked for large fries and they gave me the large fries container with half of it missing, almost didn’t give me the sauce for the nuggets, no napkins and no ketchup in bag. Starting to drop the ball here.

They only take cash most nights, so despite being a 24 hour store, you cannot use anything electronic there past midnight. It’s a pain in the butt. For less hassle and better food, we just go to Taco Star.

Downgrading my rating from 5⭐ to 2-⭐.

Ordered via kiosk Quarter Pounder with everything as it is offered EXCEPT for NO ONIONS.

Got these 2 pitiful Quarter Pounders w/med fries for $15++ rounded up to $16.

Just the bun, patties and pickle.

In my previous review, I was so happy with the changes in-store BUT (!), am now revising my rating also due to the fact that order #s are shouted out by staff AND (!), one can hardly hear what order number is being called out due to the LOUD noise of customers.

I would think that McDonald’s would have the foresight of having a sound system/microphone to use especially during peak hours.

Totally disappointed .

Update Aug 2022

Giving credit to the changes done to this branch.

So, from 3-stars to 5-stars.

First, overall area have been expanded, easing the very problematic parking and drive-thru specially peak times.

Second, though (inside) counter/front decreased in size, self-ordering kiosks/stands were added. These for me also contributed to faster in-out speed for customers. Just my take, based on my recent visits.

Also, the old McDonald’s decor/feel was revamped. Not a lot of red/orange/yellow but, more muted/sombre colors.
This I am on the fence about …. maybe, it’s just the nostalgia of kinda losing the old McDonald’s feeling.

All in all, I give it my thumbs up.

Update February 2019

Will premise this review by saying my husband brought home a Swiss Mushroom Burger and I loved it.

So, dropped by for takeout and ordered 2 of the Swiss Mushroom Burger.

Was thrown off the loop when I was asked for my choice of either beef or crispy (was there another menu item of the Swiss Mushroom?).

Here’s the reason for the low rating, order taken was for only 1 and when I went back to order another, the same staff told me I didn’t say 2 (Not a great way to make a customer feel good about themselves.).

And here is a picture of the Swiss Mushroom Burger. Where are the mushrooms?

Only drawback from making it 5 star is parking. Otherwise this branch is above most McDonald’s in terms of service.

They make you take the number when you order. After pressing 10k buttons on the screen. They promise to bring your food out but they don’t. They scream the numbers from their top of their lungs. Just what I need to experience first thing in the morning when I haven’t had my coffee yet. Also getting some salt and pepper is a major undertaking.

Horrible place to place a order from because when I ordered something and went to the bathroom because there weren’t any toilet paper and it smelled morbid so I tried to leave and called the McDonald’s they immediately hung up and I think it was because of my accent that made them hang up!!! 0/5 if I can rate it that on Google rates!
