It’s funny how so many bad reviews start with “the employees are so nice.” For sure it’s true. The employees are very nice here and virtually everywhere else. But someone at corporate needs to either shut this store down or hire more help and then train the help properly. I watched a guy wait for over 10 minutes in line while I waited to pick up my food, and there was only one other person in front of him. The zesty black dude is holding this place together. Great guy. super hard worker. gave me some free cookies for my wait.
This model of we are going to slice the meat in front of you when you order your sandwich doesn’t work guys. Or it only works if you have at least five guys working the sandwich line. It’s painful to wait when there’s one guy doing all of it and the person in front of you is ordering five sandwiches . You could take a lesson from Jimmy John’s and pre-slice everything. When the food is made correctly, it’s pretty darn good. No better or worse than any other sandwich shop.

I came in a couple weeks ago. The crew was so nice and the shift was able to give a nice recommendation of a hot sub since they were out of bacon! As a former JM worker beyond my standards! Definitely made this pregnant lady very happy!

I want to say thank you to the staff (12/17/25 11:30am). They went over and beyond to make sure my daughter had a safe sandwich made (she has Celiac). Try thank you from this mom who has to be super careful when it comes to eating out. I frequent this location, but with a new diagnosis, this was the first time I ordered for her so thank you!!

This place has been on a steady decline over the past couple of years. When I first started eating here around 3 years ago, the food was really good and consistent. Now the orders are wrong almost every time and the sandwiches are soggy, messy and overpriced.
