Not like other McDonald’s. They make you get a number tent but don’t bring it to the table. They gave me my soda with zero ice. The baby seat was filthy. The worker just sets the food on the counter in a bag (ordered for dine in) and calls your number and walks away without giving you napkins or condiments and if you ask it’s like you’re bothering them.

Saw a report that this location is flying a flag in this condition. If that’s true you all should be ashamed of yourselves. If this is how they treat the flag and the condition they allow it to fly in, you can only imagine what the inside of the kitchen is like. The reviews seem to back that theory up.

I went in on Saturday around 10:30 a.m. for breakfast. The manager initially approached to take my order, and I let her know I had two mobile orders and also needed to place an additional order because I forgot my coffee. Instead of taking my order, she went to look for the mobile orders and then started helping other customers without coming back to me.

I was standing at the register first and waited about 5 minutes. When I approached again to place my order, she brushed me off and said she was helping someone else. Thankfully, another employee noticed, came over, took my order, and apologized for the manager’s behavior.

Unfortunately, this location is also consistently slow. Better customer service and organization would really improve the experience.

So I’m confused how this works. I order ahead through the app I live in riverside but have to make my way to Moval a few times a week. I order the food, get in the freeway get stuck in traffic for 40mins and I get the notification in the parking lot, that my order is just beginning to be made, I get here and still had to check in to let them know I’m still waiting for it, at least the guy in front counter was cool and started to work on the order but isn’t that the whole point of ordering ahead so I can just pick it up and not have to wait. 40mins in box springs Moval traffic and the food isn’t even ready is kinda crazy. I can prob sit down at Denny’s and get my food and finish eating quicker than that.

I would just like to add that i hardly post any reviews whatsoever. I just feel that this was almost purposely done. Firs off I realize that sometimes you have to wait for your food, that wasn’t the problem. We asked for a cheeseburger no onions, and we get one with lettuce and tomato. Cold fries, and overcooked nuggets. Not only that I went inside to use the bathroom and when I requested the access code the man at the register just mumbled something and walked away. There were also about 4 people inside complaining about their orders. I have never seen a chain run like this in my life. There was no leadership, and no consistency. Will never darken the doors of mc donalds again if this is how they run a business.

AIl the tables were dirty, food tasted dry like it had been made in advance and kept warm, burger patty was maybe 3/8″ thick. Confirms the reason I don’t eat there anymore. The constant alarms going off in the cooking area were loud and obnoxious too. Won’t be going back.

this is by far the worst McDonald’s!!!!!
i called yesterday to complain but there is no one answering the telephone.
i also called corporate.
I have worked in customer service and also in the fast food industry and I understand not every order is going to be 100% but my order was completely HORRIBLE! even for McDonald’s standards.
my order was 4 cheeseburgers (no pickles or onions) and fries
very simple right?
well i opened my bag when i got home and saw that all four of my burgers have been squished down and also my “cheeseburgers were missing. cheese!”
i live 5 mins away from this place and i should’ve gone back and complained in person but i was already spend from my day working myself.
i just wanted to come home to enjoy my meal.
please don’t waste your money! do not go to this McDonald’s!

This location is the epitome of why fast food workers dont deserve their 20$ an hour wage. Waited in the pick up spot for 20 min for them to bring me a soda. The incompetence of the workers here is insane. Not sure if its ownership, leadership, or just the local workers are totally inept. Shut this location down or fire the workers and go completely automated.

McDonald’s corporate this is ridiculous I think you guys should have someone and check this out. I feel like they’re unorganized in this location and someone needs to step up because to get an order it takes a long time I think if you have someone can reorganize this meaning each person should know what they’re doing instead of going everywhere around. If you bring someone from corporate or knows how to run a fast food they will get this place up and going and revenue will be a lot higher and everyone would get their order quicker.
