What a lovely, hidden gem! This stone building is old, of course, but spacious and beautifully decorated. We didn’t eat there but had some drinks.
The restaurant backs onto the ocean, with access to the terrace from the beach, so you can enjoy the cool night breeze, listened to the waves and watch the moonlight cascade across the water. Romantic and mesmerizing!

Our favourite spot for lunch in Varadero. Beautiful ocean view. The place wasn’t busy when we went. Had the lovely and really reasonably priced Lobster Al Capone for lunch. Good cocktails. And feeding the pelicans with the character out the front was entertaining.

We just visited this historic building and had a mojito on the veranda over looking the ocean. Be aware there’s a man there who will offer you to feed the pelicans, do it,and give him a dollar. The building itself is so beautiful,if walls could talk!!!!
The history and how it’s been maintained is great.

Al Capone’s mansion that has been turned into a restaurant. This is a beautiful mansion on the beach. I loved that we could also tour throughout the home. The drinks were good. Please make sure you have cash to pay.

The views are absolutely breathtaking. The food was alright, and the service was alright. I am glad we had dinner here and explored the house and grounds, but I don’t think it will be something I will be doing for a second time.

This mansion was one of Al Capone’s warehouse during prohibition. Perfect for illegal export of alcohol to America. Now it’s a restaurant with a huge terrace right on the beach. Dinner and drinks were great! Must see when in Varadero. After dinner go have a few cocktails on the beach. Ask any horse taxi to bring you here for $5 or so. Less than a car. I paid an extra $1 to drive the horse! BTW great clean bathrooms…

Beautiful place to stop by and see. Great place to have a Drink sitting on the back side of the building on the waterfront side. We had the Mojito’s which were the best we had in Varadero.

Staff seemed grumpy to convert bill to Cad $. More expensive than some of the other places we went and the food was just ok. Better spot for taking photos than eating
