Fantastic meat and 3 please between Roanoke and Wedowee. It was packed but the line moved steadily and the wait wasn’t that long for a Sunday after church. I have passed this place 30 times but never had the time to stop. I took the time today and it was well worth my it. The chicken and dressing was very good and that banana pudding will knock your socks off.

We went for Valentines Dinner and it was fantastic!! Prime rib was cooked perfectly, the shrimp boil was delicious, and the fried oysters were cooked to perfection. It was our 1st time going there, but won’t be our last. They have a lunch buffet, and Sunday buffet we were told. All the seafood was a special they ran. So fulllllll

Here is my full review. I went to the all you can eat prime rib! The food was absolutely amazing! Steak was great. Prime rib was great, and can order how you want it. Only issue was it was just a little slow because of the large crowd, most of the staff was very nice!

It was my husband ,my 2-year-old grandson, And I stop by. We was just traveling through. And I just pulled it up from the reviews. And reviews did not disappoint. Are waitress Kayla was the best!!! In our food was excellent came out at a great time. Even though it was a slow day. It was the best day!! We had a blooming onion, I had a hamburger which Kayla ,recommended. And my husband had a chicken thing I can’t remember. And my grandson usually eats only fries. Never a hamburger. So I broke him off a bite of mine. I told him it was a Krabby Patty and he ate it!! L o L That’s the softest bun I’ve ever eaten. And Kayla even helped me entertain my 2-year-old. Overall we were Happy with our meal and our waitress. It does have an all you can eat salad bar. But we didn’t get it so next time we come through we would definitely stop by Gedneys Restaurant &Grill in Alabama. It was a very nice restaurant on the inside that was dollar bills all hanging up on the ceiling which I thought was pretty cool. I don’t usually write posts this long but I was very impressed for this restaurant and the service Hollywood definitely be back!!

The lunch is buffet! The food is hot and good. This is a good place to get your country cooking fill up. We would have also loves to come back and order from the menu at lunch as well but 40 minutes to wait was just too long. We would have loved to see more vegetable selection on the buffet that day. All in it was good. Desert was good . The tea was great. The service was spectacular! Friendly!

Gedneys was a nice place to have dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was decent but a little greasy. I had the philly wrap which wasn’t what I expected but still good. I was expecting a philly cheese steak ingredients in a wrap. Instead it was more of a fried outside wrap rather than a tortilla. The salad bar is small but had the ingredients to make a nice side salad.

First, the service was super friendly and fast. They made you feel at home.
The food was amazing. I had the Prime Rib with baked potatoes and salad. The salad bar was really good and well stocked. The steak was cooked perfectly. The price was good for the food.

Great fried green tomatoes! Fresh not frozen and are not cut thick. These are perfect as an appetizer or get basket full as a meal. They also have a very good country buffet.

I so love a good prime rib and they did not disappoint. It was delicious. The bake potatoe however was so dried out it was inedible and had to swap for green beans. They have a wonderful salad bar with plenty of choices. The waitress was attentive and happily solved my potatoe problem. I added grilled mushrooms and onions to the perfume rib for $2.13 but they charged me $4.98! Waitress took it off at the register but I hate to few to say something. Overall it’s a good restaurant and worth trying.
