They were not crowded when I visited for breakfast. They were out of practically every drink except soda. Before I pulled away from the speaker I asked to ensure my toast sandwiches were correct; one bacon and one sausage. However, when I received my order I was given two sausage toast sandwiches. My food was fresh but the the hash rounds were cooked a little longer than desired. The young lady at the window was polite. They were out of strawberry jelly also.

The fact that I ordered @ 11 am; 10 burgers with jalapeño cheese and half my burgers were fresh other half old. You can tell it was done on purpose, because they are lazy and attitudes nasty. And where we live I’m tired of getting my food from horrible ppl who might not even know how to wash their own dishes is the word I’m gonna use. It was my first time stopping at this location, and it was the best trip I’ve had to a white castle in years. All of my food was hot and fresh, and they were super quick, courteous, and didn’t forget napkins. I’d go out of my way to visit this location again. I mean, look at that burger, the cheese melt, the slightly soggy bun, it was everything I wanted it to be!

It’s close to my house. . .its always the surprise of having nice hot food which I love. But what is that without condiments when they forget them and I’m not able to use my fork or honey mustard. Or when they get in the other way around. I get the all my condiments and utensils but my food be cold. It’s not big hit or misses but it’s a miss almost every time unless I go inside! From forgetting my cheese cup straw. But I love the chicken rings so I stay coming seeing how that’s all I eat is that and fish

While white castles is an easy go to for St. Louis natives nothing beat the customer service experience I got from the young man handling the window. He was enough of an experience that not even a doubt crossed my mind when it came to rather or not my food was going to be good or fresh or not!
