We live in a neighboring town and drive past this place quite often. Finally decided to stop and order dinners and were pleasantly surprised. The combination dinners were a very nice sized portion. The sauces were flavorful and the veggies very fresh! Fast service too! Will definitely order from again.

I called with a couple questions due to dietary restrictions. Whomever picked up the phone decided to yell and get an attitude over an inquiring customer. I ended up hanging up. I have never been treated that way, and working int retail myself I would never speak to a customer that way. Never again will I even attempt to order from here. Last time I got food from here the guy was nasty and the food was bland and hardly any meat. $48 for 3 lunch specials seems outrageous. I left it go and decided to give it another chance, and he blew it.

Walked in at 9:20pm to get nothing but ignorance for wanting to place an order. He came walking towards the counter like a zombie and made no eye contact with a lot of huffing and puffing while placing the order. Went to hand card to make payment and after he angrily pointed to the side wall we apparently missed the tacked sign stating “only cash”. Was given the food after running to the bank to get cash. We wanted to sit and eat and had to ask for an extra plate in which he tossed the plates up on the counter as if he were tossing 2 frisbees. The energy in the restaurant wasn’t up to par and neither was the condition of the restaurant! Will never come here again.

Me and my fiancé like to treat ourselves to takeout every now and then and this has always been one of our favorite places to go near by, I love the orange chicken and pork fried rice! The owners are so friendly and quick to make the food. Highly recommend:)

I got egg drop soup that was nasty… I don’t know if it was old or what but it smelled like it was over cooked. It almost smelled like burned pop corn and is really dark orange. The diet dish of vegetable delight had good steamed vegetables but the brown sauce was straight up nasty…. Do they just cover up old food with tons of salt? I’ll stick with Mount Carmel’s China Bowl. I stopped eating Ashlands Chinese for years and heard it was good but…. THAT WAS A LIE

The husband is always angry and doesn’t understand English. So how will you keep customers if you’re so quick to get angry. It’s not like they have the greatest food. Only reason I’ve ever ordered here is because it’s the only Chinese restaurant close to me. He hanged up the phone on me while I was ordering. First he said wings with shrimp and broccoli $22 then I asked how much for the wings because I couldn’t understand why it was so expensive so I’m assuming they wanted $14-15 just for shrimp and broccoli.

Was on my way into work & decided to call and place a order for lunch, boneless spareribs combo. Guy said 10 minutes. I said pls be aware I will arrive in about 20 minutes. I showed up 32 minutes after phone call…. walked in, said I placed a order. Dude said, with frustration & attitude.. “boneless spareribs”? I said yes. Long story short he either didn’t make it or threw it out. Because he then went to say it will be 10 minutes. I said, umm okay no problem. I then sat down ready to patiently wait for my food.. looked over & noticed a sign CASH Only. I got up ask the guy if it’s only cash he said YES as if I should’ve known. I said okay & ask where the nearest atm was being I only had cards on me. It was a block up the road. I left, went to atm, withdrew 40$, came back within 5 minutes grabbed 2 sodas from fridge & went to counter as I seen my food was sitting there to pay… This guy had the nerve to try & charge me 25$ for a boneless sparerib combo & 2 sodas.. on the menu the combination platter was 10.95. Basically, he tried charging me either 14$ for 2 sodas. Or he was trying to charge me double for the the combination platter. I’m assuming he threw the first platter away after I didn’t show up in 20 minutes lol… horrible customer service! I ended up not paying & walking out! Never again! And it’s hella dirty.. like rat & cat dirty!

Food was absolutely horrible, in every way the chicken was so chewy it was questionable. What kind of meat it was, they do not tell you online that it’s cash only. The egg roll was so overcooked and so greasy. I tried to bite into it and grease exploded out of the side of it. It was disgusting and I regret wasting my money and driving there and I will never get Chinese from this restaurant ever again
