I recently hosted a women’s gathering at Nai Restaurant in Burlington to celebrate my marriage with friends and family who couldn’t attend our destination wedding in Greece — and from start to finish, the experience was absolutely fantastic!
From the very beginning, the communication was seamless and so mindful of our budget, which I truly appreciated. The execution of the entire event was flawless. Both my husband and I are huge foodies, and we always care deeply about having enough food and flavor — and let me tell you, every single dish was seasoned to perfection. Our guests could not stop talking about how delicious everything was, and it made me so happy to see so many people going back for seconds (and even thirds!).
The vibe of the venue itself is amazing — it has such great energy and ambiance, perfect for any special occasion.
Working in the events industry myself, and being involved in planning over 400 events a year, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to find good, reliable vendors.
You look for people who communicate promptly, execute seamlessly, and truly care about their clients — and ✨ABEER✨ at Nai absolutely exceeded every expectation. She goes above and beyond in every way and genuinely cares about her clients and their experience. That level of care is rare in this industry, and it made such a difference.
It was such a pleasure working with the team at Nai, and I cannot recommend them enough. If you’re looking for an amazing venue with incredible food, great vibes, and top-tier service — Nai is the place!!!

Comfy. spacious and an upbeat place. The atmosphere is pretty alive with fun interactive lottery games and music/singing performances at night. The food was tasty overall; we tried the fattoush salad, hummus, and mix meat platter. The service was courteous. Positive vibes, quite effective to change your mood.

We came here on a Tuesday night to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was easily one of the best restaurant experiences Ive had. Our server Jennifer was lovely and the food was delicious. The environment felt warm and inviting while also being lively and entertaining. I would come here again and again! 🙂

I took a time to review this. First the ambience it’s mesmerizing. Second the food is delicious. The drinks were amazing. The best part is the crew always ready to help you choose from menu & get the order quickly. The music was good.
Now comes the best part “SHISHA” was really good, flavourful & hot. Be ready for truly amazing experience with this restaurant. This should be rated best in Burlington.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The atmosphere was amazing from the moment we walked in—very warm, welcoming, and full of good vibes. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed meal with family and friends.
The Ftoor open buffet was excellent with a great variety of delicious Arabic dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. There were so many options to choose from, from traditional favorites to sweets and drinks, and everything tasted authentic and high quality.
What really made the experience even better was the friendly service. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. They made sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Great food, great service, and a wonderful atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a delicious Arabic buffet and a great place to enjoy Ftoor. I will definitely be coming back again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We visited Nai Restaurant on February 14th for their Valentine’s party to celebrate my brother’s wedding anniversary. It was meant to be a special and memorable evening, and we even brought a cake with us for the occasion. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a complete disaster and a shocking waste of both our time and money.
We arrived at 9:00 PM, only to be told that our table wouldn’t be ready until 9:30 because they needed to “clean up and set up” for the party. We were asked to wait outside in our car. After already paying for a reservation, being sent back to sit in a car for 30 minutes was unacceptable.
When we returned at 9:30, the chaos continued. We were forced to stand in a disorganized line for another 10–15 minutes while staff slowly let guests in one by one. The entire setup was poorly managed and completely unprofessional.
Once seated, It was a set Menu of $69 per person. We hadn’t eaten since breakfast and were extremely hungry. Drinks were served first — and then began the real nightmare.
It took an hour and a half just to receive incomplete appetizers. Another full hour passed before dinner arrived. The main course was served after midnight. Waiting over two hours for food at a pre-planned Valentine’s event is beyond unacceptable — it’s pure negligence.
The food itself was deeply disappointing. The steak looked like a low-quality frozen supermarket product. The chicken “steak” looked like plain boiled chicken covered in cream. Presentation was poor, quality was questionable, and taste was nowhere near what you would expect for $69 per person. I genuinely felt sick afterward.
Because we were starving and constantly waiting for food, we couldn’t enjoy the music or order shisha. The entire evening was consumed by frustration and hunger.
In the end, we were so disappointed that I asked for our cake back and we left. What was supposed to be a joyful anniversary celebration turned into an exhausting and embarrassing experience.
We will absolutely not be returning and strongly advise others to think twice before booking here — especially for a special occasion.
