A 1star is being generous. The service there is horrible. Ordered 2 pepperoni pizza. When I got home they were cheese. I called and was told to take them back and the employees would make 2 pepperoni pizzas. The employees refused to make 2 pepperoni pizzas to replace the ones they made incorrectly. Said they would make the pizzas but charge me an other $30. I took the cheese pizzas back home. Figured we were just stuck. The food was horrible maybe worse than the service. If you’re hungry I don’t recommend this place.

Placed a delivery order.. first they delivered it by DoorDash so it took almost an hour. Second, both icings were expired and I’m pregnant and can get sick from it. I called the store to let them know but they employee wants me to bring the icing in to prove it was expired.. ridiculous.

Every time I order here I have issues. They constantly leave out the sauces I have to pay extra for. They are also more stingy than mcds when it comes to sauce. When you order wings, the wings aren’t even fully covered in the sauce. So fine, I’ll spend the extra 50 cents for extra sauce. Only about half the time does the sauce actually show up. Also, why are my deliveries being made through doordash. Is doordash getting the tip I’m leaving on the pizza hut app??

Thought they closed at 11 but it was actually 10 and we arrived at 10:03 to pick up our order and the gentleman inside was kind enough to allow us to still get our order and is much appreciated, pizza was also delicious!

We have a newborn at home and ordered online, hoping to get a quick and easy delivery as we are less than 5 minutes from the location and what we got instead was a DoorDash delivery to the wrong house after spending almost $40 for one pizza. Our pizza was cold when it arrived as it went in the opposite direction of our home and was less than enjoyable for the price we paid. Very dissatisfied.

Every time we order from Pizza Hut it is a roll of the dice. It’s either great or disgusting. The other night we were missing on of our wings on delivery. We called & were told they would send it out on another delivery. Did we ever receive anything? Nope.. Did anyone ever call and say anything else or offer a refund? Nope.. I would never recommend this place to anyone & will be staying away myself after this last straw.

I try my best to give Pizza Hut my service but every time there is a problem. My food showed up cold because as the driver said “Someone didn’t put the wings in the bag with the pizza, so he had to go back to the store to get them”. After waiting almost two hours I called just to be told “there’s no orders on the table it should be on the way”. Still didn’t get everything I paid for. The only reason they got one star is because the delivery driver was cool even though he had to deliver in the rain. The Pizza Hut in Montevallo needs new management. I know it was the manager that answered the phone and customer service isn’t for her.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Doesn’t even deserve one star. The manager (an elder white woman by the name Tracy, IF that’s her real name) was extremely rude and had severe poor management skills. Refused to make my simple order of cheese sticks BEFORE their closing time. Canceled my order and LIED saying I wasn’t on time. Then proceeded to tell me there would be no refund because there never was an order. Lying again, if there wasn’t an order, how were you able to cancel what what “never there”???? Riddle me that. When I called THREE times back to back and watched her walk around the store as I waited for my curbside assistance. She told me no one had been at the store at all when I clearly watched her pace back and forth ignoring the phone. Told me my order had been canceled and I let her know I would be filing a complaint against her for her disgusting attitude. If they had in fact been closed, a curtesy cal should have been placed to refrain from me driving out to pick up what was never made. Pizza Hut needs a professional and personable service staff who don’t take smoke breaks every 10 minutes throughout their shifts.

I ordered a deluxe tavern style pizza. It was so undercooked that the dough on the underside stuck to the box. I had to pry every slice off with a fork. It was loaded with onion and tomato but contained very little meat. Not what I was hoping for.
