Depending on the day, your steak can come out good or okay. This time i wanted to try out the burger they have. And i really enjoyed it. Came out fast, was seasoned perfectly, and cooked great. All the other ingredients in the burger were fresh and it complimented the burger. The fries were also salted to perfection. Finally, the Diet Coke was great.

Had supper here on 7.9.2025 and my dining experience was Spectacular from start to finish. The Longhorn Salmon was Delicious and my server Marissa was Amazing. Definitely will eat here again and Highly Recommend to anyone traveling through Fargo, North Dakota.

Somehow this post is under my husband’s name but I dined alone. ♀️ This ribeye steak was awful. I ordered medium rare. I order medium rare all the time.
It came out and it was yellowish brown and not remotely hot on the outside.
It took strength to cut through it and pulled it apart with my fork and knife. The Sweet potato was cool. I took three bites.
Wait staff was great. And took the first one back. Gave me a second even though I was just hoping they would sear it.
Second steak was more difficult to cut than the first. Hotter but not seared. Same color. (if that makes sense) I boxed everything. lol my husband will eat anything.
The hostess didn’t greet me and wasn’t very friendly. I had to say hello first.

Let me get right to the point! For a company owned store I’ve got to tell you that I have to rank this very high because of the people that took care of me Wade and Bryce! They great care of me with very attentive service and it made my dinner all the better! They went out of their way to make sure that I enjoyed and appreciated everything that they had to offer and what I ordered was excellent! I ordered the chop sirloin smothered with mushrooms and onions and it was delicious! For an appetizer I had that special onion that is battered but I couldn’t finish all of it, my appetite is not as big as it used to be! LOL So if you’re ever in Fargo North Dakota do yourself a favor give the Longhorn a visit I’m sure you’ll enjoy it as much as I did! Believe me I’ve been all over the United States and I tell it like it is! Have a evening let’s get this party started right now!

Great steaks and service! Great selection of prime cuts. I had the Outlaw Ribeye medium rare, perfectly cooked with great flavor, no salt needed! Also has very good prices for the quality.

Went here for dinner. Food was prepared well and when going to the chain steakhouse restaurants, you know what you are going to get. Service staff is what was exceptional at this location. Lilly did a very good job as a waitress and exceeded all expectations.
I recommend this location and will visit again next time I am in town. Thank you for dinner last night!

Nothing like being rushed to order your food as soon as you sit down. My husband and I were told as soon as we sat down that we had “better hurry up” and order because entrees were taking 35 minutes to complete. We ordered drinks and appetizers immediately, and were asked to make dinner choices as well. I wish I was joking when our appetizers, salads, and entrees all came out in less than 25 minutes. . To make matters worse my steak was overcooked. I don’t recommend this experience at all if you’re looking for a relaxing, enjoyable dinner.

My first impression walking into the Fargo LongHorn Steakhouse was great — even though it was super busy, I was able to grab a high-top table by the bar to skip the wait. The staff was friendly at first and the atmosphere felt good overall.
I ordered the 12 oz ribeye cooked medium with a sweet potato and salad, along with an unsweetened tea. The steak was cooked right to my liking, but unfortunately it wasn’t hot, like it had been sitting in the window for a bit. The sweet potato was also lukewarm. Food came out in a reasonable time for a Saturday night, but that’s about where the positives ended.
Service was horrible. Our original server barely checked on us, and a different person dropped off our appetizer without saying a word. Then a manager of some sort dropped off our meals quickly and left without even acknowledging us. We had to ask for refills, and no one ever asked if the steak was cooked correctly. Even after I complained about the poor service, nothing was done — not even a small discount or comp to make things right.
The restroom was only somewhat clean, with trash on the floor, and the staff overall seemed disorganized and unprofessional.
The visit started out nice but went downhill fast. I wouldn’t return to this location or recommend it. A simple gesture from management could’ve completely changed my impression, but unfortunately that didn’t happen.

Was super loud and cramped, do not like the fact that these restaurants are not very handicapped accessible. Food was good, steak was decent not as good as they use to be.
